Even if ur response to them was to ask how and where they wanna get dat fund of our youngsters unfortunately most of people including you the educated one you just suspect them dat they are fraud just b'se their appearance do not match as u want???
Ok if we overlook the issue of frauding the application fee which 30k which is exactly similar to dat of HESLB we used to apply and even not all applicant of HESLB received the loan why we didn't suspect and regard Heslb as fraud?????

hawataweza kuendelea baada ya hapo think, 30,000(tsh) × 60,000(applicants) =1.8B wakitoa mkopo kwa wanafunzi 250 (average 7M ) kwa miaka mitatu amounts to 1.75B (kila mwaka na ukae ukijua hawatoi 100% na hawatoi kama lump sum, piga yearly, na baada ya hapo wanakuja kuzirudisha hizo pesa kwa kuwadai wanufaikaji. Wanatambaa na application fees tuu wahuni hawa

man i know exactly what they are doing to our young sisters and brothers, exploitation is what i call it. i can't say that the institution is vying with HESLB, but taking advantage of HESLB weaknesses. The board itself can receive 60k applications and come out with 30K loan beneficiaries, unfortunately your institution cannot do that, you are looking at floating with application fees to give 100 - 200 student's loan and pocket the rest of money, Frauds
