Jamani nimepokea ujumbe huu saa moja iliyopita, wakazi wanaopita maeneo hayo pateni taarifa:
We have just received information that a protest march is planned this afternoon in advance of George Bush's visit. The information we have at the moment is as follows:
After lunchtime prayers (ie approx 1.45pm), people will congregate at Mkunguni (Kariakoo). They will then march down Bibi Titi Mohamed St, Ali Hassan Mwinyi Drive, over Selander Bridge, turn left at the traffic lights onto Kinondoni Road, turn left onto Kawawa Road, turn left onto Morogoro Road, and end up at the Jangwani Grounds. We understand that the police have approved the march and we have no information to suggest that the march will not be peaceful. However, obviously the march will cause congestion and therefore try to plan your journeys accordingly
