Timing ya kuanza tendo: Kwa kuwa tendo linahusisha sana hisia za mwili, ukiwa umetumia muda unaotosha kuandaana, basi usiwe na papara mwanzoni, bali uwe na utulivu, pia jitahidi kuzungumza moja mawili wakati unaanza kuzoea mazingira mengine (core business) EPUKA UHARAKA na kuweka sana akili yako hapo, jinafikie mwenyewe kuwa its just a normal thing (mental pride)

Kuna jamaa wangu alikuja kuniomba ushauri ktk hili , lakini yy tatzo lake nliliona kama kubwa kidogo nkajikuta mm mwenyew nashndwa kumshaur, ni ivi, , , , , yy alikuwa na manzi kwa room akamuandaa flesh takrbani kama dk 7, mpaka akajirdhsha kuwa ni wakt mahalum wa kumkung'uta #lakini alivo ingiza tu ikazama shuguli yake ikaishia apo((akakojoa)) , je tatzo ni nn apo?? Na afanyeje ????

chakula bora, mazoezi, kupumzika, na kuepuka kutumika ovyo, usafi wa mwanamke, mvuto kwenye mapenzi na ujuvi wa mambo! unaweza kuwa na stamina zako lakini mwanyewe akawa hana mvuto na hatii hamasa! wengine huwa tunasimamia show mpaka unaamua kuacha tu! Vijana wa sku hizi wanapita kumwagamwaga mbegu zao kila sehem mwisho nguvu kwishnei, hata manii zinakuwa nyepesi kama maji!
