Elections 2010 Special thread for Dr. Slaa, Tundu & CHADEMA followers only

With honour I hereby submit few querries to hon.dr Slaa,lissu ,mdee,zitto,myika and chadema followers who are available at Jf on few constitutional issues as follows: first,sec.51(3) is contradictory and thus unlawful . My other strict issue dwells at sec.51(3)(a) it specifies the Prime Minister to take office on the day the President takes oath to office. Should this be interpreted to mean what it means? Please,put this section clear that it can be in harmony. I believe I deserve a detailed answer so that I shall post another querry on this outdated constitution.Otherwise,I wish you all the best. Wait to hear you.
