2.Political party membership: Both are loyal CCM members.
3.Personalities: Both have presidential personalities.
4.Economic system preference : Both implement hybrid economic system.
5.Foreign policy alignment : Both promote non-alignment foreign policy.
6.Intensity of political opposition:Both face strong political opposition.
7.Reliance on Donors and foreign aids: Both rely heavily on foreign donors and loans facilities for major infrastructural facilities construction.
