Sub-Part C:Discrimination

7.-(1) Everyemployer shall ensure that he promotes an equal opportunity in employment andstrives to eliminate discrimination in any employment policy or practice.
(2) An employer s hall register, with t he LabourCommissioner, a plan to promote equal opportunity and to eliminatediscrimination in the work place.
(3) The Labour Commissioner may require an employer-
(a) to develop a plan prescribed in subsection (2); and
(b) to register the plan with the Commissioner.
