TANZANIA GREAT THINKERS DISLIKE KIKWETE'S CABNET AND COMMENT AS MISUSE OF RESOURCES.​
1. Prof. Issa Shivji –through Hamza Kasongo hour on Monday expressed his stand on the current big size as big as unnecessary.

For him he don't see the developmental rationale to have 29 ministers and 21 deputy ministers for such a poor country like this. He went further by saying if President Jakaya could listern to Tanzanians only 20 ministers were enough as a maximum. He critically elaborated that Deputy Ministers is the misuse of resources as in most cases these are used for answering questions in the parliament the same task could be done by specific minister.

He also commented on the need to have CONSTITUSTIONAL REFORM before waiting for bloodshed because that need has been there before the formation on mult party systems. He said the today constitution was made by group of few people without Tanzanians inlvovement.- Source Hamza Kasongo hours on Monday Session-Chanel Ten.

Prof Issa Shivji emphasized that Tanzania need to embark on economic reforms which are sustainable with technical people not big number of ministers which is very expensive to manage.

2. Dr Azavel through Capital philosophically said there is no need of having political leaders in Tanzania amounting to 50 at this very poor country with comparison to USA which has over 200 million populations with only 15 ministers.

He the Dr.Azavel critically analyzed that –today's Tanzania need a maximum of 15 ministers without deputy ministers with the facts that already these ministries have technical people of whom actually should be able to run the ministries. He was referring to permanent secretaries and commissioners, directors and principles –very technical people.

These are the people the country like Tanzania need to invest in them to get desired changes. Dr. Azavel emphased on the fact that our political system is looking for rationalization of pointing ministers from all locations of Tanzania which can negatively will impact Tanzania economic growth.

The observations from the comments of our great thinkers and intellectuals clearly indicate that our President is either not getting advice of our great thinkers –intellectuals or he get advice from intellectuals who are not great thinkers they advice what President would love to here which in brief word is to KILL TANZANIA.

Miongoni mwa watu ambao watakumbukwa sana na waTZ ni haw maana hawana unafiki kama wengine penye ukweli watasema na uwongo watasema na actualy sisi vijana wapenada mabadiliko tunawafuatilia.

Tanzania don't use the available intellectuals or even using researches conducted by these dons. It's shelving from the ideas to the academic works.
 
Unfortunately their outcry has definitely fallen on deaf ears. That's how things go as the elections are over. Very sad indeed. I will apologize if the size of the cabinet will be reduced!:drum:

The issue is not english, but rather the message. If your able to understand the message given, then for many Tanzanians, that is good english!

Jamani watanzani tuamke na kusema KATIBA KATIBA mbona ZnZ imewezekana ?
 
Okay English apart but I think the message is very clear. It is being extravagant if not patronizing to have 50 ministers for a country that can hardly afford to supply constant power for its development! It is even very clear that the cabinet meeting room was net even meant for 29 full ministers!
 
Hakuna kitu kinachoudhi na kukera mnapokuwa na kiongozi ambaye hataki kusikiliza wala kupokea ushauri wa maana bali daima furaha yake ni kuhakikisha anakidhi matakwa yake ya kuwapa watu madaraka kama malipo au zawadi. JK anataka amalize uongozi wake akikumbukwa kama kiongozi asiyependa kufuata ushauri wa maana na kufurahia mawazo ya kudumaza nchi? Hakika hatafanikiwa katika uongozi wake if he will continue disregarding advice from such great thinkers.

Kwani Rais huyu hajui kuwa maendeleo hupatikana unapozalisha sana, kutumia kidogo, na ziada kutumika katika kuwekeza? We have a consumption oriented leader. Mawaziri 50, ma DC na ma RC, wote hawa hawana kazi za lazima lakini ni watumiaji wakubwa wa rasilimali za Taifa.
 
Apart from ndugu wa hao mawaziri au people wanaobenefit inderectly au directly no one on their right minds will say kwamba hili baraza ni dogo
 
Nafikiri kwanza tungejadili job description za mawaziri na manaibu wao kama tunazifahamu. Inawezekana kabisa kutokana na umaskini wetu mawaziri wa Tanzania wakawa na majukumu mengi kuliko wale wa USA. Hii inatokana na kutokuwa na mifumo bora ya utendaji kazi, maadili mabaya ya watendaji km rushwa nk, hivyo kumlazimu Mheshimiwa Rais kuweka kiongozi wa karibu katika kila idara ili aweze kurahisisha utendaji

You can not solve problems using the same level of thinking that created them in the first place. CCM ni ileile, serikali ni ileile, watanzania ni walewale, sera ni zile zile, viongozi ni walewale wa tangu enzi za Nyerere - guys let us be serious - hakuna maendeleo yatakayopatikana nchi hii mpaka mabadiliko ya kweli yatokee na siyo huu utaratibu wa kuzungusha viongozi walewale.
 
Mifumo ya uendeshaji wa serikali wa USA na Tanzania ni tofauti. Wao wana utawala wa majimbo ambayo yanaongozwa na Ma- Gavana ambapo wana full authorities, je sie tunao mfumo huo ?.
 
Tatizo nchi yetu inataka kujifananisha na nchi zilizoendelea especial kwenye posho namishahara maana waziri wa bongo analipwa karibia sawa na waziri wa United Kingdom and same to our MP nadhani kwa wingi wa wabunge wa upinzani tuliokuwa wao waanze na suala la posho namishahara pengine kuna watu wanakula commission kwenye hizi posts!
 
Hawa wanaosema ni wazalendo wenzetu lakini JK anawasikiliza na kuwacheka tu maana amebanwa na mafisadi pande zote afanye nini. Tatizo si ukubwa tu lakini pia uwajibikaji wao katika majukumu yao waliyopewa. Wengi hawaelewi waanzie wapi waende wapi katika majukumu yao. Hata wakurugenzi mbali mbali hawana msaada wa mawaziri maana Waziri akiwa laser affair na wakurugenzi wanakuwa hivyo hivyo tu. Maskini Tanzania yangu!!
