Ni kigezo gani kinatumika kumlipa mbunge ambae kimsingi sifa yake ya kwanza ni kujua kusoma na kuandika, lakini mshahara na stahiki nyingine ni m 11 kwa mwezi, na wakati huo huo wanalipa mishahara ya waalimu madakitari na wataalam wengine mshahara wa laki 2 hadi m 2 au 3 kwa mwezi, ukizingatia kuwa hakuna mwalimu dakitari mwandisi ambae anaitwa hivyo bila kuwa na taaluma, je? hii nchi ni ya wanainchi au ya kundi dogo la wahuni wanaojiita wanasiasa? Ni kwali serikali inawajali wanainchi au wapo kwa ajili ya wanainchi? Ukizingatia kuwa mshahara kima cha chini ni 170000 wanajamvi nchi yetu hii tushikamane

And if speaking on our behalf is a factor for their better earnings what consideration do you take for those who care about our health? I mean Doctors and nurses ?

All in all these people does not understand their responsibilities and accountability over the government, why should they be paid highly while in the same house of assembly big thieves stay in peace and poor Tanzanians suffers much as the outcome of fake and inhuman contracts being undertaken by ministers who are as well members of Parliament?

Wananchi tuache kulalamika tuchukue hatua 2015 tupa ccm kule,sio vibaya tukianza mwanzo.Mifumo mingi ya Serikali hii ya ccm imekaa kiwizi wizi tu hakuna usawa wala nini.

Your answer is too weak brother/sister! You are talking of performance, which one exactly? The performance of our MPs is directly linked to the voter's problems! Now if the voter's social life is exacerbated by having poor MPs, what impresses you with that huge salary? Are you enjoying having poor education in our school? What about the rotten hospitals we have?? Think more wise!!

To be paid in such amount of money simply because they represent us! You are joking! In fact the accumulated worth maintains their status quo and strategically used by the political party on power to pass illogical bills. Bills-laws that defend interest of few in the gvt. I would not bother if they work hard and proactively defend majority'interest. But it'snot the case.

Are you sure they are speaking on our behalf?are you sure they are adressing our interests? and are pretty sure that they execute their duties?Most of them are sleeping during parliament sessions and they are defending their own interests and the interests of this corrupt government!Do you want to tell us that only MPs need better salary and not teachers, doctors, engineers etc who are durectly touching our daily life! Nimkupenda tu kwasababu unajua kingereza lakini uwezo wa kufikiri nakupa 10% ya maksi zote, kama kweli wewe huna conflict of interest na hili jambo halafu ukawa ni msomi mwenye fikra hizi basi nchi hii inasafari ndefu sana ya ukombozi lakini kama wewe sio msomi ila kingereza hiki aidha umejifunzia English course (though sishawishiki kuamini hivyo, cha english course hua kinajulikana) au umeishi nje ya nchi hasa zile zinazoongea Kingereza na huna conflict of interest then nakusamehe kwa vile hujui utendalo, cause fani zote zinafanywa on behalf of Tanzanians, Hivi jukumu la kumfanya mwanao ajue kusoma na kuandika ni nani? si ni lako kama mzazi? sasa kwavile eidha huna muda wa kutosha au huna ujuzi then inabidi kuwakabidhi walimu wafanye on my behalf!
