if you are using mozilla firefox, windows xp
follow the pathe
1. <drive>:/Documents and Settings/[profile account name]/Loca Settings/Application Data/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/et9aueyn.default/Cache/
where
<drive>: is your local drive , eg c:
[profile account name]: user name u are using to log in to the computer

2. look for the file with large size and it has current date and time.
3. copy that file to desktop and rename it to .flv
4. double click and enjoy
