SASATEL inapunguza wafanyakazi?

Wanaoachishwa wako 15 cha muhimu wapewe haki stahili.Wengine wametolewa voda na ttcl kwa dau kubwa ghafla unaharibiwa maisha kwa kweli ni noma.Kuna dada mmoja wa HR inasemekana kawambia wataoachishwa hakuna malipo.hivi mtu anastahili malipo gani anapoachishwa kazi na anatakiwa awe amefanya muda gani ili astahili kulipwa.

Gosh kampuni zingine matatizo tupu
 
Sijui kama ulikuwa na nia ya Kuuliza, kama inavyoonyesha!

Lakini kama upunguzaji upo na ukifanywa kwa uhalali, there is no way out!

Hawa wameanza operation juzi hawajaingiza chochote achana na mambo ya faida. Business haiendi. Ni tofauti na ATCL ambayo sababu ni uzembe.

Miezi 6 tu ya kazi utadai malipo gani? Sheria mpya ya kazi (inayotumika sasa) inahitaji mwajiri kukubaliana na mfanyakazi 'retrenchment package' (I think). Wenye kuijua waweke hapa kuwasaidia hawa 'waathirika'.

Sijui probation period yao ni miezi mingapi, lakini kama ni miezi sita, bado mwajiri anaweza kuterminate mkataba kwa vigezo kuwa wafanyakazi hawameet expectation za mwajiri, lakini hata hivyo bado inabidi wakubaliane retrenchment package kama ulivyosema, otherwise wakiona wameonewa wasonge mahakamani. Tatizo wabongo tunaogopa case hata kama tumeonewa. Pleni though.

Dear Staff,

It has come to my knowledge that there are rumors and uncertainty in Sasatel due to the organizational changes that are now being implemented. This information has also spread outside the company and curious journalists are calling. I want to take this opportunity to clarify the situation.

As all organizations Sasatel goes through changes as the company evolves. The purpose of such changes is to make the company more efficient and competitive in order to be successful in the market.

The efficiency programs will both affect costs as well as how we organize ourselves. The most significant changes are that we have managed to recruit Emmanuel Kibala as Sales Director and Shafiq Ratansi as Operations and Process Manager in Sales. We shall also reduce the number of expats and both Martin Williams and Dan Carlsson will help our sister organization in Uganda. The consequence is that Shafiq will take over some of Dan’s responsibilities.

When we do these changes we are also looking over all the positions in the company and a number of positions will be redefined. In this process our HR department under Anna must follow certain procedures and inform everyone about the affected positions and affected people. Most people, but not everyone will be offered a new or redefined position.

On Friday afternoon the changes will be presented a little more in detail and in the meantime Anna and her team will continue their work. Please contact HR for any further questions. Any journalists or other inquiring persons can contact me or Derick Byarugaba.

Telecommunication business ni biashara inayohitaji watu wabunifu na wenye miakili ya kuzaliwa nazo na sio za darasani. za darasani ni ziada tu, lakini maubunifu katika kubuni various products and services ndo msingi kwenye any service business!! Wenye miakili yetu ya kuzaliwa tulishaendaga pale kufanya interview lakini kwavile hatuwezi kubana pua na kuongea kidhungu za cha kimarikani, wakatupiga chini!!
