Swala la msingi hapa nikujiandaa kwa kujua histroia walau kidogo ya mwajiri mtarajiwa wako na pia ni vizuri kuomba Job Description(JD) na hakikisha umeipitia kipengele kimoja baada ya kingine kwa undani zaidi na ukielewe vizuri kiundani na ukiweza pitia hata website yao kama wanayo au tafuta mtu akupe mwongozo, lengo ni ku jipima kama wewe una vigezo vya hiyo nafasi.

Hapa chini nimejaribu kuelezea kwa ufupi sana baadhi ya maswali machache ambayo unaweza kukutana nayo.

d. Having over 12+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing in NGO’s, ICT, FMCG, Manufacturing companies the list is long. (Your Experience [Quantify]/uzoefu wako na idadi ya miaka)
e. Current I’m working at Tunajifunza as a Sales Manager, managing over 200 direct and indirect employees, 15 fleets, 100 Dealers, 1000 wholesalers across the country.

Basi usiendelee kujieleza, kaa kimya kwa kusubiria swali. Please note that maswala ya Umesomea wapi toka chekechea au unaishi wapi, umeolewa au umeoa, una watoto wangapi hayana umuhimu wa kujieleza maana wanayo katika cv yako.

Swali la pili:
Tell us/me your current Key Performance Indicators –KPI’s (Majukumu yako ya msingi katika kazi yako ya sasa)

Then kaa kimya….ukiulizwa how,,,basi endelea hivi kwa kufafanua kidogo…
a. Product availability; By recruiting and managing sub dealers, agencies country wwide
b. Product Awareness; By Branding,Trade shows above and below the line
c. Product visibility; By POS activation, electing and placing name signs, posters, point of sales materials etc
d. Retain Staff/Customers; By recruiting and Coaching indirect(from dealers/agencies) and direct employees eg: basic salesmanship, Merchandising,
e. Sales forecast and Budgeting; By achieving and distribute sales targets
f. Financial Management; By giving out incentive, Commissions etc

Jibu hivi kwa kuonyesha kujiamini ki kweli ukweli kwa kutaja moja au mbili tu japo zipo strengths na weakness nyingi tu.

Strengths:
I’m a good team player au im a expert on distribution yaani taja Nyanja ambayo uko vizuri kiutendaji (lobbying, distribution, pricing, recruitment etc)

Weakness:
I’m not good enough to Delegate sensitive assignments to my team, as I don’t believe anyone can perform to my standard for attending high level meeting or presentation..."we are different"
