Nadhani nitakubaliana na wewe kwenye hili la "hatujui kilichotekea ATC" kutoweza kukamilisha safari kama ilivyopangwa awali. Lakini hili la tabia yao, naona kidogo tunakwenda above ourselves. Cancellation zinatokea na saa nyingine ni reasons ambazo ziko beyond their capabilities. Inaweza kuwa kweli ndege imeharibika and what not; mbona mambo ya kawaida sana haya, the whole world does this, all the time! Ndio maana mnaambiwa contact your airline before hujaenda airport. Lakini kama kawaida binaadamu tunachukua risk ya kwenda airport. Tuwape ATC benefit of doubt! In fact kama cancellation imetokea ambayo sio fault ya shirika la ndege, as a customer, it is your responsibility to come up with plan B.

Huu ni ubabaishaji wa hali ya juu kwa ATC.

Sijazungumzia kabisa suala la mahujaji kutopewa solution/malazi if indeed ni fault ya ATC, i'm not even going to comment and blame ATC because I don't know what/where the problem really is...thats is why I thought would give ATC benefit of doubt!

Hivi lile dege alilonunua Chez Nkapa (hadi tukaambiwa ikibidi kula nyasi tutakula, shurti dege linunuliwe) haliwezi kuwawahisha hao mahujaji huko Mecca na kuwaondolea hii adha? Maana kodi yao pia ilitumika kununua dege hilo. Mlio karibu na JK hebu mshaurini alitoe hilo dege lifanye angao jambo moja la kheri, pengine italiondolea nuksi inayotokana na malalamiko yaliyogubika ununuzi wake. Mawazo yangu tu.

Mafundisho na maandiko ya dini ni tofauti na vitendo vya wanadini. Kuna mengi yanafundishwa na dini zetu lakini wengi wetu hatuyafuati. Hapa tunachozungumzia ni uzembe wa ATC katika kuwacheleweshea hawa mahujaji safari yao.
 
Sio ATC tu yani system nzima kuanzia juu hadi unyayoni CHOKA CHOKA CHOKA CHOKAMBAYA.

kwa maana nyingine ni FISADI FISADI kwenda mbele, ndio maana hata JK anapatwa na kigugumizi kubadilisha safu Lake maana aliyopo ni fisadi afadhali kuliko ajae.

Hii naifananisha na jamaa mmjoja kule kijijini kwetu baada ya MAMASUP kumtupa(kumtosa) akaonelea ni vyema ajitoe uhai wake na kwa kutekeleza hilo alichukua kamba yake iliyosokotwa kwa nyuzi za mkonge na kuelekea porini ili aitekeleze adhima yake.

Na alipokuwa pori kwa pori mara vapu JOKA HILO KOBOKO ana kwa ana na marehem tarajiwa. duuuuu!!!! jamaa badala ya kumvaa yule koboko ili adhima yake itekelezwe na koboko lile ,yeye alichokifanya ni kutimua mbio kujiepusha na balaa la koboko yule.

Watu wakabaki mdomo wazi na ikabidi wamhoji mwezetu kulikoni tena?? naye akajibu VIFO VINGINE VINATISHA.

Hivi majuzi wananchi wa Kigoma walijikuta wanashindwa kusafiri kutumia treni kuja dar na wakapiga kelele hawakusikiwa; watanzania tutakubali. Leo hii mahujaji hawa wakiwa na mambo muhimu ya roho zao wanajikuta wanakwama, watanzania tunatakiwa tukubali. Niliposema ndege ya Lowassa imepaa huku imeaacha abiria Kipawa wameduwaa huu ndio ukweli wenyewe.

Hata hivyo nasikia ndege mbili tayari ziko uwanjani kuondoka na moja itaondoka mapema kesho. Hizo taasisi ni lazima ziwarudishie hawa abiria kiasi cha fedha walizotumia kujimu pale Airport.

Mama Lao tatizo la watu wa Dar kuwasaidia ni suala zima la ukweli kuwa hakuna aliyekuwa anajua kama kuna ndege inakuja inakuja saa ngapi na ni ndege gani. Hivyo kwenda kucheza mbali na kiwanja ni kujitakia kuachwa. Kama hujawahi kuachwa na ndege basi siyo feeling nzuri maana huwezi kuikimbiza kuisimamisha!

Which brings me to this point; Wakati umefika wa kujenga hoteli ya kisasa karibu na Airport au ndani kabia ya eneo la Uwanja wa Ndege. Haya mambo ya watu kukaa kwenye ngazi ni kudhalilishana tu!

Ninavyojua kama kukiwa na cancelletion(s) shirika la ndege uwa linawacontact wasafiri, ila kwenye hili la kuwa ndege imekuwa mbovu ATC walitakiwa wafanye alternative nyingine ya kuwapa usafiri mwingine au kuwalipia sehemu ya kukaa, unless hapa kuna kitu tunamiss.

Kuwapa hawa viongozi benefit of the doubt kila siku ndio wametufikisha hapa tulipo kwa sababu wanajua hakuna kuwajibika au mtu wa kuwawajibisha hata wakichemsha. Wanajua watu wataongea siku moja halafu kila mtu atasahau na kuendelea na shughuli zake. Tabia ya Cancellation kwa ATC inajulikana toka zamani. Mimi nadhani on time percentage rate yao ni 2%. Unajua unapo plan kitu chochote lazima uweke na plan B in case kuna tatizo linaloweza kujitokeza. Halafu unadhani kwa nini sisi bado Masikini, Umasikini wetu wa mali utaisha tu pale ambapo Umasikini wetu wa akili utakapokoma.

Unajua kuna mwaka ATC walikuwa na partnership na KQ kwa hiyo ukikosa nafasi kwenye ATC unasafiri na KQ and vice versa bila matatizo.

Hiyo ya kuwasiliana, nina uhakika ittachukua muda kufika Tanzania ila kwa nchi zilizoendelea au mashirika makubwa unapokea email usually 12-24 hours kabla ya safari.

I think you need to familiarize yourself with what really happens behind closed doors! Talk to the victims!! Unazungumzia Plan B kwa wasafiri, mbona huzungumzii plan B kwa hiyo ATC? Ukweli unabaki pale pale...huu ni uzembe. Huyu Mataka alifikiri kuiga ile nembo ya KQ basi, amemaliza!

How long does it take to find/charter an alternative plane?
Why didn't he make plans for the "mahujaji" accomodation after cancellation?

Utendaji wangu na nature ya kazi ninazofanya, haziruhusu kabisa kufanya decisions with no evidence right in front of me!! In fact generalizing, au kutokuwa na actual supporting facts for the incident is not an option at all, it's zero tolerance...Can you blame me?
 
Tumeshasubiri sana facts, vielelezo, maelezo, ushahidi, mashahidi, uchunguzi, vichunguzwa, katika mambo mengi pale Tanzania mpaka tumechoka lakini hakuna lolote linalofanyika. Hii ndio historia ya Tanzania na hii historia ndio inafanya kila mtu aje juu hapa kutokana na uzembe huu wa ATC. Hivi hao ATC katika hizo siku saba walijaribu hata kuita Press Conference au kuwaambia hao mahujaji in private sababu kubwa za ucheleweshaji wa ndege na kwa nini hawakujiandaa kuwa na Plan B endapo tatizo lolote lingetokea.

Kwa utaratibu unaojulikana ni kuwa hawa mahujaji huwa wanalipia hizi safari in advance. Kutokana na uzembe uliokithiri katika Idara mbalimbali za Umma na Serikali kuu, Uzembe na Ugoigoi huu unaendelea kwa miaka mingi bila ya kupatiwa ufumbuzi wowote, Nadhani tuna haki kabisa ya kutumia msemo wa "Guilty Untill Proven Innocent" hasa kutokana na initial elements kuonyesha uzembe ni wa ATC.
