Mahakama Kuu ya Tanzania, Kanda ya Dar es Salaam, imefungua shauri la kiraia namba 13832 la mwaka 2026 lililofunguliwa na Said Issa Mohammed na Ahmed Rashid Khamis dhidi ya wadhamini waliosajiliwa wa Chama cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (CHADEMA) pamoja na Katibu Mkuu wa chama hicho.

Kwa mujibu wa wito wa mahakama, washtakiwa wametakiwa kuwasilisha hati zao za utetezi ndani ya siku 21 tangu kupokelewa kwa wito huo.
