Ukikubali ushoga kwao ni faida, ila kwetu ni hasara, ukikataa ushoga pia kwao ni faida, ila kwetu ni hasara kubwa tena mno, kwa nini ni faida kwao endapo utakubali kwanza malengo yao ya kueneza na kutetea mashoga kwa kivuli cha haki za binadamu yatakuwa yamefanikiwa kwa kiasi kikubwa, na endapo utakataa pia watakuwa wamefanikiwa kwa sababu masharti waliyokupa umeshindwa kutekeleza kwa hiyo misaada yote itasitishwa, lakini kwa maono ya viongozi wetu wanaona ni bora tuendelee hivyo hivyo kwa sababu kujitegemea kwa kila kitu ni vigumu kwa sababu mapato yetu ya ndani ya nchi viongozi wetu wanayafisadi kwa ubadhirifu mkubwa mno ikiwemo misaada, mapato kutokana na rasilimali zilizopo kama madini, mbuga za wanyama, milima, bandari, mikopo na mengineyo na mfano mzuri wa ufisadi muulizeni Luhaga Mpina Mbunge wa Kisesa.
