It may sounds ridiculous but hey, kujifanya unajua kumbe hujui ni upumbavu!

Can someone explain Rep Power to me and may be to the advantage of other members, I know it is probably quite simple but at the moment it eludes me.

I have seen a long list of bullet points of features, sort of credits, but who awards it? Is it calculated automatically by the system or its a manually calculated points?

I have seen members with thousants of postings and seem to have joined long ago but have got zero rep power!

Moderators and whoever knows this "rewarding" sort of system please enlighten me further!

Mbona hatuoni negative rep power? Je colours zina maana yeyote, I am seeing only green colours is there any other colour say red?
