Ametokea wapi?
Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue alizaliwa Juni 25 1969; kwa jina jingine anaitwa Teodori au The Play Boy for Life; ni mtoto wa Rais Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, ambaye ni Rais wa Jamhuri ya Guinea ya Ikweta (Equatorial Guinea) anayeongoza nchi hiyo tangu mwaka 1979, kwa Mke wake wa kwanza Constancia Okomo. Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue ameteuliwa kuwa Makamu wa Rais Jumatano hii na baba yake mzazi. Kabla ya hapo Teodoro aliwahi kuwa Waziri wa kilimo na Misitu nchini humo kipindi cha utawala wa baba yake kabla hajateuliwa kuwa Makamu wa Rais wa Pili anayehusika na Ulinzi na Usalama Mei 2012, mpaka Juni 2016 alipoteuliwa kuwa Makamu wa Rais, akijikita hasa katika mambo yahusuyo Ulinzi na Usalama wa nchi hiyo.
Elimu
Nguema Obiang alisoma l’Ecole des Roches iliyopo Normandy, hii ni shule ya binafsi ya gharama za juu nchini Ufaransa, na vile vile amesoma kwa miezi mitano katika chuo cha Pepperdine huko Malibu lakini kwa mujibu wa gazeti la THE TIMES, alimaliza masoma yake ya shahada katika Chuo hicho.
Maisha
Alipokuwa Waziri wa Kilimo na Misitu, Nguema alilipwa kiasi cha paundi za Uingereza 2,700, sawa na shilingi milioni nane za Kitanzania kwa mwezi. Anapenda sana Rap na Hip Hop na ni meneja wa muziki wa Rap. Nguema ni mtu wa starehe, anapenda magari ya aina ya Lamborghini na safari ndefu za kuendesha gari hasa katika majiji kama Hollywood na Rio de Janeiro. Alishawahi kukodi yatch ya Tatoosh kwa kiasi cha £400,000 (zaidi ya shilingi bilioni 1 za Kitanzania) kwa ajili ya weekend moja kipindi cha Sikukuu ya Christmas aliyotumia akiwa na Mwanamuziki wa Rap toka Marekani, Eve aliyekuwa naye kimapenzi wakati huo. Anamiliki nyumba mbili nchini Afrika Kusini, zenye thamani ya kiasi cha Randi milioni 50,000, 000 na eneo lingine lenye thamani ya dola milioni $31 huko Malibu, California, Marekani. Na vile vile anamiliki Lebo ya kurokodia muziki wa Hip Hop TNO Entertainment.
Aliwahi kumiliki magari aina ya Ferrari 7, Bentley 5, Rolls-Royce 4, Lamborghini 2, Porsches 2, Maybachs 2, pamoja na Aston Martin, ya thamani karibuni dola za Kimarekan milioni 10, na ikambidi akodishe gereji ya ziada kwa ajili ya kuzipaki. Mara nyingi kuvaa viatu sawa na rangi ya gari atakayoendesha siku hiyo. Mwaka 2008 alimiliki Buggatti Veyron na Maseratti MC 12, na akaendelea baadae kununua Bugatti Veyron nyingine. Mwaka 2011 alitaka kununua Bugatti Veyron ya tatu lakini gari zote zilitaifishwa na polisi wa Ufaransa wakati wanachunguza juu ya tuhuma za rushwa na mnamo mwaka 2013 vitu vyote viliuzwa kwenye mnada.
Maisha yake sana sana yanajumuisha kulala, kufanya manunuzi na kusherehekea kila siku, ‘partying’. Wageni wa nyumbani kwake ni majumuisho ya ‘Playboy Bunnies’, Wasichana wanalipwa kufurahisha Matajiri ‘Escorts’ , na akiwa Los Angeles Marekani, sehemu yake kubwa ya kustarehe ni Hugh Hefner kwenye Playboy Mansion.
Teodoro ni mkusanyaji mzuri wa kumbukumbu za Michael Jackson, anamiliki glovu nyeupe yenye vito vya kung’aa aliyovaa Michael Jackson kwenye matamasha aliyofanya mfalme huyo wa Pop, na imeripotiwa kwamba Teodoro ni rafiki yake dadake Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson.

Swearing in of Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, Ignacio Milam Tang and Vicente Ehate Tomi
On Wednesday 22nd June at the People's Palace in Malabo, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, Ignacio Milam Tang and Vicente Ehate Tomi, recently named by the President, as Vice-President of the Republic, President of the Council of the Republic and Vice-President of the Council of the Republic, respectively were sworn in before the Head of State, H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.

With the conclusion of the process of the presidential elections, held on April 24th of this year, once sworn in and assuming the position of President of the Republic, in accordance with current legal provisions set out under article 37 of Basic State Law and through Presidential Decree number 55/2016, of 21st June, the President of the Republic has named Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue Vice-President of the Republic, Charged with National Defence and State Security.

For his part, Ignacio Milam Tang was named President of the Council of the Republic, Charged with Advising the Head of State in State Public Affairs, while Vicente Ehate Tomi occupies the vice-presidency of that institution, charged with Adviser to the President on the Control and Management of Autonomous and State-owned Companies.
These three figures were sworn in to their posts before the leader of the nations, as a sign of loyalty and respect for the highest institutions in the country. The President of the Republic wished them achievement and success in their new positions, and invited them to work for the benefit of the people of Equatorial Guinea.
With the naming of Ignacio Milam Tang and Vicente Ehate Tomi, the Council of the Republic has been created and set to work, as a consultative body of a national political nature, charged with providing orientation for the President in management during his mandate.
The new figures expressed their gratitude to H. E. Obiang Nguema Mbasogo for entrusting them with their responsibilities, while revealing their broad approach as leaders of these institutions, with the aim of repaying the trust placed in them, in order to seek the well-being of the Equatoguinean people moving towards Horizonte 2020.
The act of swearing in was attended by the presidents of constitutional bodies, some members of the acting Government, advisers to the Presidency of the Republic, and the General Secretary of the PDGE, Jerónimo Osa Osa Ecoro, together with the directors of various Presidential departments.
