Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) President Joseph Kabila has succumbed to a public outcry to dismiss his deputy Minister of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Enock Ruberangabo Sebineza, after a video of him masturbating in his office went viral.

Sebineza has literally been caught with his pants down getting some quick relief and captured by the information technology ministering to his urges.

A 4 minutes and 27 seconds video is a below the belt of scandal in which he is clearly seen as captured by a webcam sitting in his office with the official portrait of Kabila in the background and the flag of the Republic installed properly, get his penis out to masturbate, ejaculate and dutifully secure his produce in what appears to be an act driven by a co-participant on the other side of the lens.

Enock Ruberangabo Sebineza, 54, a notable Tutsi of the Congolese Banyamulenge community has been a President of his community (SHIKAMA) and for many years assumed important responsibilities in the province of South Kivu.

He has prominently participated in the inter-Congolese dialogue, and been national deputy in the transitional parliament (2003-2006).

President Joseph Kabila and Prime Minister Matata Ponyo have been under pressure since Thursday to dismiss Sebineza when the video went viral on the internet and a mobilization of users revolving around a slogan and hashtag: #SebinezaMustGo caught on like a rolling snowball.

Sebineza's dismissal was announced on State television on Friday evening in a statement in which he was charged with 'a serious breach of duty and ethics' unbecoming of the dignity of senior members of government.
