1. Conversant in contract conditions, tenders, negotiations, estimate, costing and billing, mode of measurements, IS codes, rates, etc
2. Knowledge of FIDIC Conditions / MORTH Specifications
3.Experience in preparation of Running Account Bills as per the approved format of client.
4. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Auto plotter & Road Estimator is preferable
