Baada ya muda mrefu kidogo nimeamua kurudi kwenye C++ ambayo niliisomaga Uni. lakini niliichukia sana kwa sababu mbalimbali.

Nimeanza na kitabu kinaitwa C++ Primer Plus (5th Edition).

Mpaka sasa naweza kusema ni moja ya vitabu bora vya programming nilivyowahi kuvisoma, na naona chuki yangu ya C++ inayeyuka yenyewe.

I can say we share the same history, I never liked C++ back in uni but i happened to liked it few years back, but i never use it much so i just go to the books once in a while...
And thats a very good book. *** everythin its clear & less confusing ***

if you are really a programmer you shouldn't proud yourself hating C & C++....if that then don't call yourself Computer geeks at all......by the way among the most simplest and interesting languages of computer these are.....Coming soon, I will release My application for "Hospital Management System" which i previously did it in vb6 but now I wanted to make more stable using C, C++ and Java all in one.
In short this application will be able to run in Windows and Linux since I have written it in Linux platform.....So I hope Guys it will help you to discover the importance of C,C++

C/C++ is a good language but it is requires one to be patient and careful. But things are getting better and better as the compiler are becoming much smarter and tools to develop in C/C++ are getting better.

But the one question that I always ask myself is that for the application I am developing is this the best and productive language I can use. It will be good is I can develop a web based application with LIPS, but it may take too much energy if its at all possible.

So I agree with all of you that C/C++ is a good language but it depends on what is being developed.

I prefer regarding computer programming languages as tools. Na ninabadili vifaa kuendana na kazi inayotakiwa kufanyika.

Kama nataka kuchanganya mchanga na zege, natumia chepeo. Nikila natumia kijiko. Kuingiza msumari kwenye mbao naweza kutumia jiwe, lakini nachagua kutumia nyundo kama ipo kwa sababu ya ufanisi. Naweza kwenda dukani kwa baskeli au na daladala. Lakini kwa sababu ni karibu sana, naenda kwa mguu.

Nadhani kuchagua kazi kuendana na kifaa ulichonacho inakupunguzia flexibility. Na nadhani ni vizuri zaidi kuchagua kifaa bora zaidi kwa kazi inayotakiwa kufanya.

Fungua upeo wako. Kuwa tayari kutumia kifaa chochote kitakachohitajika kumaliza kazi vizuri. Uwe tayari pia kujifunza kutumia vifaa ambavyo hujawahi kukutana navyo kabla kama the job at hand requires it. Na kama inabidi kutotumia kifaa kabisa, pia kuwa tayari kufanya kazi bila ya kifaa.

Bottom line, use what u consider to be the best tool for the job at hand.

Zote zitakufaa ila ushauri wangu ni kama ifuatavyo.

Ninachoweza kusema ni kuwa Visual Basic .Net inakuruhusu kufanya vitu haraka zaidi, yaani jinsi ile Programming environment ilivyokaa vizuri (Visual Studio), inakuwezesha kufocus zaidi kwenye tatizo unalojaribu kutatua. Na pia kujenga User Interface nzuri ni rahisi zaidi kwenye VB.Net. Visual Studio inafanya vitu vingi "behind the scenes" kwa ajili yako.

C++ ni bora zaidi kama unataka kutumia resources za comptuta vizuri, ndo maana inatumika sana kwenye kutengeneza Games.
