Wakuu,
Nina idea ya kuanzisha business, mostly ku negotiate for other companies, bundle volumes, try and see sehemu kwenye cost savings for companies and small businesses as well. I am not living in Tanzania right now, kwahiyo siko sure kama this might work. Of course I did not go in details sana kwa leo, I want to hear your feedback kama it is possible kwanza na pia kama kuna kampuni kama hii Tanzania.
 
Hi ni biashara ni mpya kwa Tanzania hasa negotion of goods and services japo wapo watu kama hao katika masoko ya hisa (brokers) ambapo huwezi kununua wala kuuza hisa bila kuwatumia.
Ukifanya hii itakuwa njema zaidi kuliko bidhaa na huduma za kawaida japo inawezekana pia.
Ni wazo zuri ila sioni kama litakupa kipato kizuri kutokana uelewa wa wafanyabiashara wengi wa Tanzannia kuhusu kutumia MIDLE MEN

Kwa upande wa kampuni kwa sasa tunahitaji watakaofanisha kuleta wateja na sio kunegotiate,hili tutaliangalia baadae kama kutakuwa na ulazima

Nimekupata, lakini idea niliyokuwa nayo siyo mtu unakuwa middle man as such, yes una negotiate using purchasing power (volumes) actually una decrease cost za mtu, tuseme kuna watu mia wanauza colgate, wote hawa watu mia kila mtu ananunua kivyake na anauza, sasa hebu fikiria you bundle volume yao yote ununue at once, pia unaweza kukuta kuna savings kwenye logistics. Kampuni kama hizi zipo Bongo?

@Mams - Asante for your reply, what challenges might these be? I am asking this hili kupata as much information as possible, maanake eventhough mimi mbongo lakini kama mtu haukai bongo then definitely lazima uwe prepared. Ndiyo maana najitahidi kupata as much info as possible. Business plan is done, kampuni is now registered just waiting to get started and connection zote on a high level zipo za kuwezesha mambo mambo. (maanake bila hivi ni vigumu TZ)

Kama ulishaandaa business plan, inaamaana una uelewa wa changamoto zitakazoikabili hiyo biashara yako kwakuwa hiyo ni moja kati ya aspects covered in a business plan.

Anyway, mie kwa experience yangu kama consultant, challenge kubwa utakayopata bongo ni siku za mwanzo kuwaelewesha potential customers wako of what you want to do for them and how they gonna benefit out of it. Naungana na mdau hapo juu, tatizo ni uelewa. Lakini kama utavumilia siku za mwanzoni na ukawaelewesha juu ya hiyo concept ya "Bulky purchasing leverage" unaweza ukafanikiwa.

NB. Bongo vitu vingi bado vinaenda kwa connections na social networks, kwa hiyo siku za mwanzo jitahidi pia ku-expand network yako as much as possible. Kila la heri.
 
Thank you much Deodat, I hear you. Definitely social network na connections are very important kwa Tanzania, nashukuru. Business plan is done, sema si unajua Bongo lazima mtu una hesitate kidogo. Ndiyo maana najitahidi kupata ushauri wa mwisho mwisho kabla sijajitosa. Always kwa Bongo ni jinsi ya kwa convince watu from the start, maanake watu wamesha ibiwa sana.

Great idea... though we ndo utakuwa ukchakarika...!!
 
@Mkeshahoi - kuchakarika kwa mwanaume ni lazima, najua idea hii siyo rahisi kwa Bongo, lakini ikisha pick up I am sure watu watafungua macho, kikubwa ni kuwa mwaminifu, straight forward na kuacha kuingiza uswahili kwenye biashara, proffesional, build up a good supply chain base na at the end a good reputation then I am sure itaenda ok. Otherwise it doesnt hurt to try and fail, siyo biashara ambayo inahitaji pesa nyingi kuanzisha lakini it definitely takes a long time and commitment to achieve foundation nzuri.

hautakuwa wa kwanza,wapo wenyeji wanofanya hivyo locally,wanatoka mikoani kuja Dar kufunga mzigo on behalf of other biz entities in the regions,then wanapakia ktk Fuso moja,to iringa,mbeya etc.
and there are some doing from China to Dar port etc,
swala ni mtaji,wafanyabiashara wa Tz wengi wameishia Form 4 or std 7 na pesa wamezipata kwa mbinde kwahiyo siyo rahisi kukupa pesa kwanza,
unachoweza kufanya ni kununua in bulk and deliver to individual bizneses then wakikuelewana pia Asilimia 80ya watz ni waongo wa ahadi,na mali.Time keeping ni tatizo kubwa tu.
 
@Newmzalendo, asante kwa mchango wako. Its always good to hear from people like you. Naelewa kitu kikubwa Bongo ni uswahili mwingi, no trust, uzungushwaji. Hivi ni vitu ambavyo vimeni fanya kuwa mgumu kuanzisha hii biashara, mtaji hupo wa kuanzisha. Nimeamua nita anza kwenye mji mdogo kwanza, target Mwanza, tayari najua most of the business owners naweza kuanza kuwa supply before expanding to places like Dar.
 
Looking for a space to rent in Mwanza, isiwe mbali sana na mjini. Whats needed mostly ni area ambayo ina store around 500 square meters na at least 2 rooms za office. Please be serious when responding, you Can eventually PM me.
