It indeed true that Africa as whole is a fast developing continent in the world today.
Also it includes such developments as modern infrastructures, architectures and designs.

It is also a known fact that most Countries in African have immensely abundant resources and man power that is just a turning wheel in the development sectors.7

Yet there are also come Countries that are poor and will surprise you that their gross national productivity (GDP) index is very low as well.

GDP is actually what the country can afford to purchase at the exchange market, it is a standard measured with the US dollars.
This as well does not help the country to develop further as well, such that their internal structure are well out of date and poorly managed.
