Politicians always create problems and later come back with solutions to those problems to beg for votes

Before the retirement of Mwl Nyerere Tz there had a lot numbers of aeroplanes, manufacturing industries, so I get wonders when I see some of politicians beg the votes, due to the revival of the economics while in fact aeroplanes and industries were destructed by themselves.
