Many Kenyan inmates in prison in Hong Kong know Phoebe.

Some of them were recruited by Phoebe. They are receiving long prison sentences in HK.

I hope that Phoebe, like her recruiting partner-boss Sharon, will get out of the drug game, start a new life, and make up for the harm she has done to so many families

What is the intention of this message? The only "issue" I can see in the link is that the lady says, "Am a lady born in 1982,loving,good looking singe with a baby boy of 10years old.am a African woman, Luo by tribe,and self employed." and she is looking for man. Is this the intention?
