During a recent meeting in Kigali that brought together President Kagame and RPF members, Kagame surprised those around when he attacked public officials who immerse wealth at public expense, yet he leads at stealing public wealth. At the same meeting, President Kagame did not fear deceiving the public that among RPF’s mandate was to find different sources of wealth for the public yet his business dealings lead among factors that impoverish many Rwandans.
Kagame is the only president in the country’s history who has impoverished the people when he openly got involved in public tender competitions with the people he is supposed to lead.He has been involved in all sorts of businesses from posh houses to as little as dealing in pepper.President Kagame uses Musoni James as a stooge who works with businessmen that deal with Kagame in plundering public wealth to the extent of controlling the whole economy.

President Kagame has been mentioned of owning a number of businesses like Inyange
Industires “ processing and packing of milk, water and Juice” , Horizon constructions “dealing in roads works” Banque de Kigali, Contraco “dealing in Real estates” Intersec Security “dealing in security” , Imprimerie Nouvelle “Printing business” , Mutara Enterprise “dealers in furniture” , Bourbon Coffee “coffee shop in Kigali” .Sources confirm that President Kagame has shares in Sina Gerard’s Nyirangarama enterprises that processes pepper, juices and bakery.

President Kagame is also among the owners of Hotel Akagera through his sycophant Hatali Sekoko . Hotel Akagera is the only hotel in the Akagera National park located in Eastern Pronvince.
He is also named among pyrethrum business where he has frustrated residents in the Northern Province former Ruhengeri when he grabbed their land were pyrethrum is grown .President Kagame managed to successfully intimidate these locals and grabbed all their business on cheaper price using his military officers led Major Haguma .
Now pyrethrum business is controlled by cooperatives disguising as the army yet working at Kagame’s profits.
Kagame controls the pyrethrum business in the country together with other hotel business like Serena Hotel, and Kivu Sun.
He also deals in other businesses in public transport like Atraco and Kigali Bus Services where President Kagame has partnership with Korean hiding behind RPF. His also known of dealing in motorcycle business in Kigali city using his RPF Platform .
With such embezzlement of state wealth , it is very ridiculous for President Kagame to deceive Rwandans that he would lead them out of poverty when he knows that he plundered all the national wealth investing in other countries where the first lady nowadays spends time travelling to change ownership from Hatari Sekoko and Nshuti Manasseh to other disguised names.
While President Kagame decieves that he would rid Rwandans of poverty, the truth is Jeannette Kagame spends time in China and other countries where she is working hard to hid the husband’s wealth.
Jeannette Kagame has decided to do the transfer of ownership of the property herself after discovering that her husband’s secrets on public fund embezzlement and investments abroad were getting exposed.
This also came after a publication on Umuvugizi.com which revealed how President Kagame had grabbed state resources from both donation and tax payers money to acquire luxurious jets costing 160.000.000usd.
Kagame has since relocated those two luxurious jets from S.Africa to Greece and of recent to Turkey where they are operating from.
This also comes after publishing another article showing how Kagame hired his personal jets to the government as presidential jets at an over whelming price.
For only one trip from Rwanda to the USA President Kagame would charge the government of Rwanda over 800.000usd.
Not only that , it’s totally sad to find out that president Kagame can still pretend to have moral authority of criticizing those who plunder public wealth yet he knows that he managed to rent out his own house to the government for embassy offices in London.
Kagame has forced successful businessmen to sell some shares in their enterprises to him.
He owns majority shares in tea estates, where he has been the seller and buyer using people like his in-law Richard Murefu and business tycoon Gatera Egide.
President Kagame is also among coffee traders as an exporter using Crystal Ventures, his own company registered under RPF.
This continued plundering of state resources by president Kagame made me wondering if he at all still have moral authority to publically criticise public servants who embezzle public funds.
When plundering the country’s wealth , it is like Kagame is competing with someone. It leaves one wondering where the wealth he was promising Rwandans could come from yet he knows that he has looted the country and hidden part of it in other countries.

Kwa muda mrefu Kagame na RPF yake wamekuwa wakitumia propaganda za uongo kuudanganya umma wa kimataifa ili kuficha ukweli au uhalisia unao wazunguka (yaani jinsi walivyo). Sasa vazi lao (false propaganda) limeanza kuchanika na halishoneki wala viraka havikai, ukweli kuwahusu unazidi kushamiri na kuwa wazi. Ni bayana na kweli ule msemo usemao: Unaweza kudanganya watu wote kwa wakati fulani lakini huwezi kudanganya watu wote wakati wote! Rwanda has made its position very clear. There cannot be talks with killers. The very suggestion is an insult to the memory of a million people killed in the genocide against the Tutsi in 1994.
It is an assault to the survivors of that genocide whose wounds are not completely healed. The thought is an affront to common decency, justice and morality.
That should be enough to put the matter to rest. But no, the nonsense about talks with the FDLR persists, fuelled mainly by apologists of the genocidal forces still visiting horror on innocent Congolese.
These range from foreign leaders to Rwandan fugitives from justice eager to clutch on anything that will remind us that they still exist. They include diplomats who served in Rwanda, like the Ugandan Harold Acemah who seems to have embraced the hate ideology when he worked here.
In their haste to launder the image of the FDLR, all these individuals and groups ignore several important issues.
In the first place, what is the FDLR's agenda and has it ever changed? Do they even want to talk and what would they talk about? You can talk with people who have a programme for the country that is perhaps different from your own. You can have discussions with people who have genuine grievances or reasonable demands.
The political programme of the FDLR is well known. It is the extermination of the Tutsi. Their grievances are also clear. They were not allowed to complete their programme. Their demands, too, are well-known - to return and complete the unfinished business of 1994.
Now, no one in their right mind would negotiate the extermination of a section of their population. Annihilation of an entire people can never form the basis of negotiations in any civilised society. Human beings are not animals to be culled, and even if that were so, who decides who should be culled? To suggest that Rwanda should hold talks with the FDLR whose agenda is built on a genocide ideology is utter nonsense as President Paul Kagame put it.
We have heard excuses that the majority of the FDLR members are young people who did not commit genocide. Granted. But they have been brought up on that ideology. Their young minds have been poisoned with hate. They know no other emotion than hate; no other political motive than the extermination of the Tutsi.
Only a few weeks ago, young Rwandans in the FDLR interviewed by western journalists said that they would kill any Tutsi wherever they saw them. These are the supposed innocents
In trying to justify the unthinkable, some misguided people have even compared the possibility of Rwanda holding talks with the FDLR with what happened between Egypt's President Anwar Sadat and Israel's Prime Minister Menahem Begin in 1979.
They forget that those talks happened and a peace deal struck because Egypt recognised the right of Israel to exist. It renounced its intention to wipe it off the face of the earth. If the FDLR renounced their ideology, I see no reason for them to return home. They don't even need to talk about it. They would simply walk home and would be welcome.
Secondly, President Jakaya Kikwete and those singing to his tune have put the question to the wrong people. The FDLR are in D R Congo. They are not ordinary refugees but an armed group that has taken over territory of a supposedly sovereign state. Those so eager to become peacemakers should ask the Congolese government to expel them and if, as has proved the case the DRC government is unable to do so, help in flushing out the FDLR.
The onus is on Congo, but as we all know, they have been unable or unwilling to remove the FDLR because they are allies who fight on the Congolese side.
Another question that is ignored - does the FDLR as an organisation want to return home? I have a feeling they don't - certainly not the leadership. They dangle that possibility only to earn respectability, remain relevant and continue receiving money from their backers who may think they are a genuine political organisation.
In reality, they want to remain where they are and maintain control on lucrative mining and trade in minerals, continue earning from illegal taxation and have lots of land to till.
These are some of the reasons Tanzania and South Africa are in a rush to get involved in D R Congo - to protect the business interests of some individuals, mostly connected to the political leadership. Problem is, they are using the national defence forces to secure personal interests. No one is protesting this blatant abuse of state power. Not even the usually vocal human rights brigade. The opposition Democratic Alliance in South Africa is the lone voice in this case.
It is for similar reasons that the major powers fund the obscenely expensive peace-keeping operation in DRC.
Just imagine what the billions of dollars spent on the ineffective peacekeepers DRC would do if used to build roads, healthcare facilities, schools and strengthen administrative institutions? All the DRC's problems would disappear in a flash.
But that would empower the Congolese and make the "benefactors" irrelevant. More importantly, it would expose their illegal businesses where thousands of tons of minerals are regularly shipped to Europe and elsewhere through South African ports. So what better ways to protect their interests than invest in maintenance of instability and an ineffective peace-keeping force?
In the matter of peace in D R Congo and the Great Lakes Region, President Kikwete and co. should sing a different tune - convince the FDLR to abandon their ideology of genocide and extermination agenda and then return home. The rank and file have been doing so for years and are peacefully resettled. That's all that is needed. Not flippant advice.

Ni ukweli usiopingika kwamba mwaka 1994 ilifanyika genocide nchini kwenu (Rwanda) lakini siyo kweli eti watu milioni moja waliokufa kwenye genocide were tutsi (genocide against tutsi).

Soma uelewe nilichoandika. Seems tutsi propaganda imefunga ufahamu wako. Waliokufa kwenye genocide ni Wanyarwanda (Wahutu, Watutsi na Watwa) therefore it is worth to say "genocide against Rwandans". Kwenye genocide walikufa Wahutu, Watutsi na Watwa pia kwa hiyo mnapo-propagate "genocide against Tutsi" ina maana Wahutu na Watwa hawakuuawa. Huo ndiyo udanganyifu ambao mmekuwa mkiusambaza ulimwengu mzima ili kukidhi malengo yenu binafsi. Kama wote waliokufa kwenye genocide wangekuwa Watutsi, basi ni dhahiri Rwanda asingebaki hata mtutsi mmoja maana kiidadi wakati huo (1994) mlikuwa less than a million. Hiyo ndiyo maana hoja yangu.

During genocide Interahamwe targeted TUTSIS whereas RPF (Inkotanyi) targeted HUTUS and therefore "genocide against Rwandans". Wewe ni mtutsi maana ume-panic sana baada ya kukuwekea hiyo scenario! Kupanic hakutawasaidia kubadili ufahamu ilionao sasa jumuiya ya kimataifa kwamba mnatumia propaganda ya tutsi genocide kwa masilahi yenu binafsi.

Watutsi before genocide mlikuwa 14% of 7,000,000 = 980,000. Genocide against tutsi mnasema mliuawa 1,000,000. Please justify that simple mathematics kama wewe ndiyo mwenye akili sawa sawa. RPF targeted Hutus during 1994 war, haikuishia hapo tu bali when Rwanda invaded DRC, during the period from 1997 onward Rwandan Patriotic Army (RPA) targeted Hutu refugees and killed 2 million of them.
Hii ni JF- home of great thinkers, please jenga hoja ueleweke siyo kutoa povu na matusi. Hiyo inaonesha kwamba watutsi hamna second plan ya propaganda baada ya kwanza (genocide against tutsi) kufeli.
