Offshore Patrol Vessel for Kenya
Milestone Inspection Visit for Off-Shore Patrol Vessel
May 12, 2016
During 2nd of May to 5th of May 2016, a delegation from Kenya visited the ongoing construction of Off-shore Patrol Vessel for the State Department of Fisheries.
The purpose of the visit was to witness the achievement of the milestone of superstructure and helideck completion which was confirmed during the visit.
The delegation was led by the Principle Secretary of the State Department of Fisheries in Kenya, Prof. Micheni Ntiba and as well joined by representatives of the Kenyan Parliament.

Milestone Visit for Off-Shore Patrol Vessel
December 3, 2015
From 29th November to 2nd December 2015, a delegation consisting of six officials from the State Department of Fisheries in Kenya, as well as one official from the Kenyan Navy, visited the construction yard for Off-Shore Patrol Vessel currently under construction.
The purpose of the visit was to witness and certify the accomplishment of 100% hull completion milestone for the vessel.
During the visit also a visit to the Bangladesh Marine Academy was carried out.

Kenyan Delegation Inspects Engines for New OPV
October 1, 2015
From 27th September to 2nd October 2015, a delegation consisting of both representatives from the State Department of Fisheries, The Kenyan Navy and Kenya Parliament undertook a visit to Friedrichshafen, Germany.
The purpose of the visit was to visit the MTU plant and inspect and go through test report for the three engines manufactured by MTU for the new Off-Shore Patrol Vessel currently under construction for the State Department of Fisheries, Kenya.

During a period from 23rd April to 28th April 2015 JGH welcomed delegation from State Department of Fisheries in Kenya for milestone inspection visit at the construction yard for off-shore patrol vessel currently under construction.
The purpose of the visit was to inspect the current progress of the construction of the hull modules.
The delegation consisted of representatives of the Government of Kenya.

Keel Laying for Off Shore Patrol Vessel

On August 12, 2014, Keel Laying Ceremony took place at shipyard for new off-shore patrol vessel.
The vessel is being constructed for State Department of Fisheries in Kenya under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries.

JGH Marine A/S has obtained contract for the design, construction and delivery of one Offshore Patrol Vessel for Kenyan Ministry of Fisheries, Livestock and Agriculture.
The Offshore Patrol Vessel is being constructed at JGH partner yard in Bangladesh where it is currently under construction.
