    PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The Property is eleven storey building with a total lettable area of 3,850 square metres. The ultra – modern office premises will have its own transformer, a standby generator, lift service and onsite building caretaker to ensure effective maintenance management especially on emergencies like plumbing and electrical problems.

    PROPERTY LOCATION: This modern office premises is strategically located along Sam Nujoma Road, opposite Mlimani City Complex, which act just like the same office with your headquarters within Mlimani City because of their proximity.

    PROPERTY SPACE TO LEASE: The available spaces are between first floor and seventh floor since the ground and mezzanine floors are for banking accommodation. The 8th floor to 11th floor is already taken. The total area for each floor is approximately 350 square metres.

    RENT CHARGEABLE: The rent chargeable is US Dollar 15 per square metre per month and the service charge is US Dollar 2 per square metre per month.

    SERVICE CHARGE EXPLAINED: Service charges are fees paid for up keeping of the common areas like corridors, lift maintenance, generator servicing, refusal collection, cleanliness, security services, fumigation and pest control, fire system servicing, building insurance, routine repair and maintenance and landscape maintenance.

    PREPAID RENT AND SECUTITY DEPOSIT: The rent will be paid annually in advance plus three months security deposit which is held in a special account.
