Kama mnavyojua kila mwanadamu ni muhimu awe anapata muda wa kupumzika na kupata usingizi wa kutosha.

Sasa kuna ule wakati una amka ambapo una kuwa na kama mawenge fulani hivi yaani inakua haujui nini ni nini kwa wakati huo ambao umetoka kuamka usingizi.

Sasa nyie wenzangu huwa mnafanya nini pindi tu mmeamka ili kutoa hang over la usingizi.

Try to be hydrated before you sleep.
Avoid sugary drinks and caffeinated ones at 🌃.
Do something to make you feel tired ..like exercises before you sleep..this will help you sleep better .
