mkuu simu yako ipo kwenye Series 80v2 UI nadhani kuna njia ya kuiformat, au ukishindwa tumia Hard Reset codes alizoonyesha drphone hapo juu *#7780# ....

mkuu hiyo iFormat kama ulivyoona jinsi ya kuformat n72 hapo juu, ikizingua tena jaribu ku update firmware ya simu...

mkuu kwa code hizo hapo juu na kwa njia ya kuhold buttons katu aiwezi kukataa ni aidha unachelewa kuachia ukishikilia usiachie mpaka uone maandishi ya format njia hyo ni rahisi mno kama kupewa penaliti alafu unasema kipa ni mzuri wakati tunajua akuna kipa mzuri bali mpigaji mbaya.
