Does Prof. Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba, PLO, remember his own countrymen...Paul Mboya and Robert Ouko?

I keep wondering what would have been the response from these two if the roles were reversed!
Just imagine if what happened to Lissu had happened to Lumumba in broad daylight in Nairobi..!
Imagine if PLO had 16 bullets pumped into him and had been flown to Dar es Salaam for treatment...!
Imagine how PLO, having survived the attempt on his life, might have responded to this interview...!

PLO's love of Magufuli reminds one of a famous Swahili saying...mpenda chongo huita kengeza!
Imagine if Shaka Ssali had then put the same question to both...sadly he never did so we will never know!
Did PLO ever visit Lissu while in hospital in Nairobi? I wonder if Lissu would have done so in Dar es Salaam!
Did PLO ever wonder about why, what and how Lissu was attacked?

Questions, questions, questions...

This here is the legacy that Prof. Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba, a Kenyan National, believes that the late President John Pombe Magufuli of Tanzania ought to be remembered for...

Prof. Lumumba's LL.M thesis is titled National Security And Fundamental Rights...really PLO?

And this is the legacy that Tundu Antiphas Mughwai Lissu, a Tanzanian, wants the former President to be remembered for...

It is only the wearer of the shoe who can feel the area where it pinches, because the shoes are in his feet.

Any society can be plagued with innumerable problems but not everyone in that society will feel the need to do something about it. However there will always be those who feel the pain because they are the direct victims of those problems and so they have to act to relieve the pain. The rest, as long as they don't feel the pain, are not expected to fully understand the suffering of their colleagues because they are not wearing the shoes!

These are the 6 Cs of legacy... Character, Choices, Conduct, Consistency, Confidence and Compassion

PLO Lumumba alichemsha sana. Amekalia kuchekacheka tuu utadhan sio porofesa.

And Magufuli had a deficit of all of them:

Character, deplorable in every aspect
Choices, wrong choices most of the time
Conduct, unbecoming of a leader, creating gangs to terrorize opponents
Consistency, lacking, acting on whims
Confidence, if he had any he wouldn't have acted unpredictably, displaying inferiority complex
Compassion; nonexistent, hence the moniker "Jiwe"!

As for Lumumba - the only thing going for him, mastering the art of debating, even when lacking in substance.

Despised at home base; so he was quick to grab the opportunity when it presented itself. The dictator needed an articulate mouthpiece he could not get among his subjects to trumpet his misdeeds; and Lumumba was not disappointing.

Very unfortunate, however, that Lumumba had not gotten most, if any benefits of his work from his benefactor.
