Tunashukuru kwa maoni yenu mliyoweka hapa juu ya huduma mnazo pata kwenye matawi yetu nchini kote, NMB inafanyia uchunguzi maoni na malalamiko yenu na tuna wahakikishia kuwa tutachukua hatua stahiki dhidi ya wafanyakazi waliotajwa na wengine wenye tabia kama hizo.

Ndugu wana jukwaa, NMB inajipambanua kwa kusimamia maadili moja wapo ikiwa ni uaminifu kwa wafanyakazi wake.
NMB pia inapenda kuwa hakikishia wateja na jamii kwa ujumla kwamba itaendelea kusimamia sera zote za benki ikiwa ni pamoja na kutovumilia wafanyakazi wasio waadilifu.

NMB mobile Service nawapongeza kwa huduma zenu kwani zinatusaidia. MAKALAMIKO YSNGU KWENU NI PALE MNAPOKATA FEDHA ZA MTEJA KUTOKA SALIO LAKE KWENYE SIMU HATA PALE AMBAPO MUAMALA HAUJAKAMILIKA. Mfano, mteja anataka kununua muda wa maongezi, kutokana na tatizo la kiufundi kutoka NMB muamala hujakamilika. Sasa kwa nini MKATE FEDHA WAKATI HUDUMA HAIKUKAMILIKA?

Nina shida kwenye Nmb mobile kwenye sehemu ya Nikopo.Nikiomba Salary advance inasema niende na kitambulisho Nmb branch.Nimeenda wakaniambia niwape salary slip na kitambulisho cha kazi lakini bado tatizo liko pale pale.Naomba mnisaidie.Naomba ikiwezekana mnitumie namba zenu za wasap nitume salary sleep na Kitambulisho cha kazi. Kwahyo kumbe ni kitu ambacho kipo siku zote? Basi itakua kuna maboresho kidogo watarekebisha soon.

Leo yamenikuta nimekwenda kwenye ATM moja katika jiji la Mwanza na kutaka kutoa shs.400000/=ajabu pesa haijatoa wala hata risiti pia haijatoka lakini nimetumiwa meseji kwamba nimetoa kiasi hicho cha fedha kuangalia salio nikaona wamekwisha kata pesa! Mbaya zaidi nilikuwa na dharura ambayo kukosa pesa hizi kumenifanya nipate hasara kubwa. Swali langu je, nikifungua madai kutokana na usumbufu nilioupata nitakuwa na cause of action? Au njia gani ya kunirudisha nilipokuwa? Au ni halali kwa bank kujifanyia wapendavyo katika kutunza pesa za mteja? Je, pesa yangu ipo salama?

Mie mnanikera sana NMB. Hivi kwanini mteja anakuja kwenye tawi lenu, ana bili au sijui niseme vocha ambayo tayari amepewa kwenye ofisi ya serikali, hiyo karatasi inakuwa ina control number, lakini bado mnataka mteja ajaze tena zile karatasi zenu za benki za kuwekea hela. Kwanini hamfanyi kama CRDB mkaweka hela kwa kutumia ile karatasi ya bill aliyonayo mteja kutoka ofisi husika ya serikali. Mnaboa sana aiseee!!!
Nenda kwa Wakala wa NMB hayo mambo hutayaona,kwakuwa wewe no mvivu wa kuandika Fanya hivo
