Kwanza kabisa ni mshukuru mungu kwa kutujalia afy njema bila kujali hapo ulipo una kitambi au la.kama heading inavyo sema, leo nimeamua kutoa elimu ya bure kwa watu wote bila kuangalia jisia, dini au kabila.
Nina amini wapo wanao furahia kuwa na kitambia lakini pia wapo wenye vitambia lakini hawavipendi.Na si kitambi tu hata kuwa na mwili mkubwa pia huwapa kero baadhi ya watu.Kwa wale ambao hawapendi vitambi hufanya juhudi mbali mbali kuhakiksha wanavipunguza.
Wengi huamini kuwa wakipunguza kula tatizo hilo hutoweka, lakini cha ajabu wamepunguza kula na bado kitambi au mwili unazidi kuimarika badala ya kupungua.Kwa ufupi kupunguza au kuacha kula sio njia ya kupunguza mwili.
Hii ni kwa sababu mwili ni tofauti na gari kuwa likishiwa mafuta haliwezi kufanya kazi hadi yeongezwe.Na badala yake mwili unatabia ya kujirekebisha wenyewe ili kujiweka katika hali ya kawaida.
Mfano:
unapo kuwa na hasira baadaye hasira hushuka nakujikuta umeruudi katika hali ya kawaida.
Unadhani ingekuaje indapo hasira zingegoma kushuka?!.
Huo ni mfano mdogo ambao unafanana na jinsi mwili unavyo jirekebisha wenyewe.
Njia rahisi itakayo kufanya kitambi ulicho nacho kipungue haihusishi kuacha kula tu, badaka yake inahusisha vitu viwili:
¶kupunguza kula na
¶kufanya mazoezi.

Ukivifanya hivi simultaneously baada ya mdah utajikuta kitambi kinapungua taratibu.
Hii ni kwa sababu unapo kula kiasi kidogo cha chakula at the same time unafanya mazoe ya nguvu unavuruga mfumo wa mwili kujiweka katika hali yake yakawaida matokeo yake mwili hupungua.
