Kibiashara kuna njia nyingi za kupata mtaji wa biashara hasa kwa zile zinazoanza ingawa nyingi kati ya hizo ni NGUMU sana, hivyo kupelekea watu wengi kuwa na mawazo mazuri ya kibiashara lakini hushindwa kuyafanikisha kutokana na mitaji.

Kwa mtazamo wangu, naona kama ukitumia njia ya kuomba fedha kidogo kidogo kutoka kwa watu wengi walio karibu yako, wanaokuamini, kukuheshimu, kukufahamu na wenye uwezo kiasi itakuwa njia rahisi ukilinganisha na mikopo kutoka taasisi za kifedha ambapo utajikuta unafanya biashara kwa presha na hofu ya kurejesha deni. unaweza kufanya kama ifuatavyo kwa kuchukulia uhitaji wa mtaji wa Tsh 10,000,000:

1 - kuomba / kuazima / kukopa Tsh 100,000 kutoka kwa watu 100 = Tsh 10,000,000
2 - kuomba / kuazima / kukopa Tsh 200,000 kutoka kwa watu 50 = Tsh 10,000,000
3 - kuomba / kuazima / kukopa Tsh 350,000 kutoka kwa watu 30 = Tsh 10,000,000
4 - kuomba / kuazima / kukopa Tsh 500,000 kutoka kwa watu 20 = Tsh 10,000,000

Naamini tunafahamiana na watu wengi sana tangu mtoto unakua hadi hapo ulipo, kuanzia uliocheza nao, marafiki wa primary, sekondary, vyuo, kazini, majirani, ndugu, jamaa, marafiki, marafiki uliojuana nao kwenye mitandao kama JF, Facebook, Twitter nk..nina hakika hutakosa watu wasiopungua 100 wenye nia, uelewa na uwezo wa kukufanikishia hili.

Njia hiyo siyo rahisi kama unavyofikiri, kwa Africa tumrzungukwa na marafiki na ndugu wengi ambao ni tegemezi ( hawana tumaini hata kesho wataishije). Na hapa ndio microfinance zinapigia bao: wanakopesha hadi Tshs.20,000 hapo ndo utajua watu wapo kwenye chronic poverty!

Ndugu Payuka najua waafrika wengi ni maskini wa hali na mali lakini si wote, si kweli kwamba watu wote unaofahamiana nao ni maskini wa kushindwa kukuazima mifano ya kiasi hicho nilichotaja, pia kumbuka kuwa wewe ukiwa huna wenzio wanao, so usiwakatishe wengine tamaa...fanya utafiti gharama zinazotumika katika sherehe na tafrija mbalimbali kuanzia uswahilini, katika familia zetu hadi serikalini, tembea kwenye kumbi na sehemu mbalimblai za starehe, angalia matumizi ya watu siku za weekend nk.. ni dhahiri utagundua kuwa kuna gap kubwa la wasio nacho na mafisadi (wabadhilifu wa mali), lakini kama tukiweza kusaidiana katika mambo ya msingi hasa yale yanayotuingizia kipato kuliko yanayotumia vipato vyetu nina imani tutafika mbali. Usipinge kitu ambacho wewe mwenyewe binafsi hujajaribu, na usisahawishi wengine kwa kuwakatisha tamaa kwa kuwa wewe umeshindwa.

Wazo zuri lakini unapotegemea watu zaidi ya mmoja ujue kuwa muda watakaoweza kujikusanya na kukupatia huo mtaji utapishana kidogo na hapo malengo yasige kamilika kwa wakati mzuri. Na kama makubaliano ni kurejesha hilo deni kila mwezi usije jikuta unamkopa "Paul" kumlipa "Peter", bila hiyo hela kufanya mzunguko uliotarajiwa.

Wazo hili la kujumuisha watu wengi linafaa kwenye biashara inayoendelea, ambayo ina uwazi wa kutosha kuweza kuwaonyesha hao unaowalenga kuwa biashara inalipa. Michango yao inakuwa kama msukumo wa kuendeleza hiyo biashara.

Anzisha biashara, au pata capital ambayo asilimia 51 utakuwa nayo, mfano, katika mil10, uwe na mil5 laki moja. Ukope zinazobaki na hapo utakuwa na control ya hiyo biashara zaidi. Watakaochanga / kukopesha watakuwa junior members kwenye biashara.

Hili swala ni very practicle. Cha kuongeze ni kwamba mkakati wenyewe wa kuraise hiyo milion 10 inabidi uupe muda kama miezi 15 hivi.
Vilevile ni vyema ukawa unaomba support badala ya kukopa kwa sababu huwezi kuwa na uhakika lini utapata full capital ya kuanzisha biashara. Kama idea ni nzuri watu watakuchangia tu. Na usiweke kiwango rasmi cha mtu kuchangia, take michango from as many people as possible.
Halafu maisha yako unayoishi kila siku yaonekane kweli ni mtu unayetafuta pesa kwa ajili ya shughuli fulani Watu hawawezi kukuchangia kama wanaona wewe unaendelea na starehe zako kama kawaida.

Wahindi ndio wanaweza kuendesha utaratibu huo na ndio unaowatajirisha, waswahili bana ahadi zitakuwa kibao na hakuna kinachoingia kwenye account yako.

Tukiweza kupunguza michango ya harusi na kitchen party inawezekana kabisa. Nilisoma makala moja inayosema, michango ya harusi kwa mwaka ni zaidi ya Tsh 4 billion kwa mwaka.
