Mkuu hizi SAE ndo zimejaa dukani
Nadhani jukwaa hili litakusaidia kuelewa namna ya kuchagua SAE number ya gari lako. Usikimbile SAE40 labda kama gari lako ni kuukuu. iwapo hujafikisha km 180,000 tafuta SAE20 na ukielemewa basi chukua SAE30 lakini usiweke SAE40 au zaidi.

Shida yaweza kuwa ni nini..?
Gari Nissan Note 2005, HR15 Engine, CVT gear box....
Pole sana ndugu yangu; kadhia uliyopata inaweza kutokanana na moja ya sababu tano kuu au zote kwa pamoja kama ifuatavyo, yaani sababu moja ikisababisha nyingine.
(a) Bearing za AC Compressor kuwa zimekufa kwa hiyo inazuia injini kuzunguka freely
(b) Solenoid ya AC clutch kuwa imeaungua. Mara kwa mara AC Clutch solenoid ikifa, huunguza pia fuse kwa hiyo unakosa kabisa AC, ila kama fuse iliyokuwamo ni ya amperage kubwa zaidi ya kawaida basi utapata kadhia hiyo kwani AC inakuwa inachukua umeme wote wa gari, na kuacha sehemu nyingine za injini hazina umeme wa kutosha
(c) Alternator inakaribia kuishiwa nguvu, ukiwasha AC basi umeme wote unasihia huko na kuacha sehemu nyingine za injini hazina umeme wa kutosha.
(d) Pressure switch kwenye Compressor imekufa, kwa hiyo kunaweza kuwa na pressure kubwa sana kwenye compressor kiasi cha injini kushindwa kuizungusha.
(e) Piston moja au zaidi ndani ya Compressor zimekwama, kwa hiyo compressor haiwezi kzunguka

Ili kutest sababu (b) na (c) washa AC wakati taa zinawaka uone kama zitazimika; kutest sababu (d) gusa AC compressor kama ni ya moto sana; kutest sababu (a) na (e) inabidi kuifungua AC kukagua sehemu ndani ya compressor yenyewe.

Bila shaka gari yako huwa inatoa moshi mwingi sana, yaani kuna oil inavuja na kuingia kwenye combustion chamber na kuunguzwa pamoja na mafuta. Iwapo injini yako ina nguvu kama kawaida, basi kuna vipete fulani ambamo valve stem hupita (vinaitwa valve guides) huenda vimepanuka sana na kuacha mwanya wa oil kupenya ndani ya injini. Fundi wako akifungua cylinder head cover anaweza kuvikagua na kuona kama vimepanuka. Ni rahisi kuvibadilisha kwani viko kwenye cylinder head, ila utahitaji cylinder head gasket mpya.

Kama Injini haina nguvu kama zamani na vile vile inakula mafuta mengi sana basi huenda piston rings zako zimekwisha; hapo utahitaji kazi kubwa kidogo ya karibu na overhaul kwani itabidi ufungue injini yote kuweka piston rings mpya. Usifanye makosa ukabadilisha piston kwani unaweza kusababisha matatizo makubwa zaidi. Kazi ya namna hiyo fundi anaweza kuifanya kikamilifu bila kuangusha injini kabisa; utahitaji cylinder head gasket mpya pia.

Piston rings hufa iwapo hubadilishi air filter yako mapema kwani huruhusu vumbi (ambalo ni silica na ni ngumu kama msasa) kuingia ndani ya cylinder na kusaga hizo piston rings na vile vile iwapo hubadilishi engine oil katika muda unaotakiwa.

Samahani mkuu STP unaweka kwenye tank la petrol au ni unapoweka engine oil mkuu
Injini kuzimika wakati wa idling kunasababishwa na sababu nyingi sana ndogo ndogo ambazo hazina madhara kabisa kwenye injini yako. Ngoja nitaje ambazo ni za kawaida sana.
(1) Inawezekana air filter yako imeshajaa uchafu; iangalie na ukiweza uibadilishe.
(2) Inawezekan air flow sensor imeshachafuka au imekufa. Air flow sensor ni kiwaya chembamba sana kinachoweza kukatika hasa iwapo air filter ni chafu. Kama imechafuka, kuna mafuta ya kuisafishia, na kama imekufa unaweza kubadilisha na kuweka nyingine. Zinagharimu kati ya dola mbili hadi kumi na tano tu.
(3) Inawezekana injector zako zina uchafu, kwa hiyo hazipitishi mafuta wakati pressure ni ndogo. Kama tatizo ni hili, kuna injector cleaners ambazo unaweza kuongeza kichupa kimoja kwe tanki la mafuta likiwa full tank kukusafishia injector hizo.
(4) Inawezekana throttle position sensors kwa upande wa chini haifanyi kazi, kwa hiyo ukiachia accelerator basi computer inakuwa haipati taarifa za position ya accelerator yako kwa hiyo inashindwa kujua ni kiasi gani cha mafuta kinahitajiwa na hivyo inaamua kukata mafuta kabisa. TPS zinazuwa kati ya dola tatu hadi 15 tu.
(5) Inawezekan fuel pressure regulator imeshachoka kwa hiyo inavujisha mafuta kurudi kwenye tank wakati pressure ni ndogo na kuiacha injini na ukame wa mafuta. Hii ikitokea, gari inaaza kupungukiwa na spidi hata ikiwa katika mwendo wa barabarani wa kawaida, kwa hiyo iwapo ukiwa barabarani hunaoni tatizo lolote basi ni wazi hili siyo tatizo ulilo nalo.

Sababu namba (2) hadi namba (4) zikitokea, ni lazima zitaregister kwenye computer ya gari na utapata checki engine light. Kama inakuonesha check engine light, ipeleke kwenye computer scan ujue ni sensor gani. Kama hakuna check engine light, basi kwa asilimia kubwa ni kwa air filter yako imechoka sana.

Weka kwenye tanki la mafuta; chupa moja ya STP kwa full tank ya petroli; inasafisha hizo injectors kwa kwa kama wiki nzima hivi kulingana na unedeshaji wako.

Carina yangu inachafua engine, nikiiosha leo engine baada ya3-4wks,nakuta engine imechafuka na oil imekua nyeusi, fundi akanishauri nibadilishe valve seal
Hizo valve seals zikiharibika, basi oil inakuwa inaingia ndani ya coimbustion chamber na kuchomwa, utakuwa unapata moshi mweupe hivi kwenye exahust. Ila sasa kama injini inachafuka kwa oil, basi itakuwa ni cylinder head cover gasket ndiyo mbovu. siyo hizo valve guides (kwa jina jingine valve seals). Test mojawapo rahisi sana ya kuona kama oil inaingia kwenye combustion chamber ni hivi. Washa gari, halafu weka chukua kipande cha pamba au toilet paper, weka pale kwenye exhaust kama dakika kumi hivi. Kikishika masizi meusi utakayoweza kuona kirahisi kwa macho yako katika muda huo mfupi, basi ni dalili kubwa kuwa valve guides zimepanuka. Daima kutakuwa na masizi kidogo sana lakini siyo mengi ya kuona mpaka yanatia weusi.

Fundi wako pia anaweza kutoa spark plugs na kuzikagua; ukikuta zina unyevunyevu basi ni dalili moja kukubwa kuwa valve guide seals ziko hoi.

Oil kuwa nyeusi inategemea sana aina ya oili unayotumia; kuna oils zinazobadilika rangi kuwa nyeusi mapema sana baada ya kupita kwenye injini hata kabla hazijachoka.

Kuna mafundi wanasema ukiwasha gari alafu ukienda kuangalia kwenye exhaust ukikuta inatoa maji basi ujue engine ya gari ni nzima sana(kinanda) mpyaaaaa ??

Naomba kujua kazi ya ABS kwenye gari ?
Tyre za gari inatakiwa ubadirishe kwa muda gani,na zinafungwaje mana nimewai kuskia fundi anasema gari haikimbii sana hizo tyre zimegeuzwa kashata sijui

Ndiyo; AC inaendeshwa na injini na inahitaji nguvu sana, ndiyo maana ukiwasha AC lazima muunguruma wa gari ubadilike kidogo kwa vile inaaza kunywa mafuta mengi

Siyo kweli. Mafuta yakiungua ndani ya injini hutoa Carbon Dioxide na maji katika hali ya mvuke. Wakati gari linawashwa asubuhi lingali la baridi, mvuke huo uifika kwenye exahust huganda na kuwa maji ambayo ndiyo yanayodondoka kutoka kwenye Exhaust. Hiyo itatokea kwa injini yoyote iwe ina matatizo au haina matatzio mradi tu imewaka. Exhaust ikishakuwa ya moto, basi mvuke ule hauwezi kuganda tena na hivyo huwezi kuona maji yakitoka. Ila sasa iwapo gari linatoa maji kwenye exhaust muda wote hata pale ambapo exhaust imeshakuwa ya moto basi ujue kuwa injini ina matatizo makubwa. Ama cylinder head gasket imekufa au engine block ina ufa, kwa hiyo maji ya radiator yanapita moja kwa moja hadi kwenye exahust, na unaweza kuanza kuona kuwa injini inakausha maji mara kwa mara.
Naomba kujua kazi ya ABS kwenye gari ?
Inazuia gari isteleze ukikamata breki ya ghafla. kwenye barabara yenye utelezi ABS huwa inastabilize gari barabarani lakini unaweza kugonja kitu kilicho mbele yako kwa vile gali litaendelea bila kukwaruza barabara mpaka itakaposimama yenyewe. Ukiwa na ABS jiachunge uwe unaendesha kwa makini, breki za ghafla hazifanyi kazi
Tyre za gari inatakiwa ubadirishe kwa muda gani,na zinafungwaje mana nimewai kuskia fundi anasema gari haikimbii sana hizo tyre zimegeuzwa kashata sijui

Kuna mwana specs za gari zinataka 5w-30 yeye akang'ang'ania hio SAE40 kisa ni bei rahisi(kuna sehemu lita 4 wanauza Tsh.28,000) wkt 5w-30 lita 4 nanunua Tsh.80,000,aisee gari yake hua inaunguruma kama tractor/matatizo kwny gari yake ni kila mara imebidi juzi hapa aweke engine nyingine.

Huu uzi umenipa msononeko kidogo sina gari wala pikipiki,lakini nimejifunza mambo makubwa anyway..
Kuna gari ni automatic transmission ila navyoiendesha sasa kama manual transmission..

5w30 ni 56000 pale total mcity boss tena og from france.. hio 80000 itakua castrol ndio wana bei za ajabu za oil nahisi sababu ni brand kubwa wamejitangaza sana..

Ni kweli mkuu sasà yenyewe inatetemeka kiasi kwamba ikitaka kuzima ili isizime inatakiwa ushike break hadi chini kabisa

mkuu nipo arusha pia napata wapi castrol og au total nataka kwa ajili ya engine ya vtec sport car nadhan 5w30 ndo itafaa kama wadau walivosema apo juu
