Kama unataka kujazia sana kuna vyakula maalum vya makopo,ni unga hivi,japo sikushauri ksbb nahisi vina machemical kibao,ila ndio unaboost. Huo unga unapatikana kwenye masuper market ya vyakula nafikiri. Mimi nimejazia japo sio sana,ksbb sipendi kuwa much. Lakini vyakula ninavyotumia ni vya kawaida tu. Asubuhi supu ya samaki na mihogo,siku nisipofanya mazoezi asubuhi nakula matunda mchanganyiko,papai,tikit,parachichi hivyo lazima viwepo. Mchana wali au ugali+samaki+mboga za majani zimeungwa karanga. Usiku lazima matunda mengi sinia zima nafuta taratibu. Lakini mazoezi yangu sitaki kuongezea kitu cha ziada kuboost. Nataka niwe asili tu. Ningekushauri pia fanya mazoezi tu ndio yakupe matokea,ukijituma sana kila siku utatanuka tu,huku ukila vyakula vya kawaida. Usile saaaana,utakuwa na tumbo kubwa
