Leo asubuhi nikiwa nimepanda treni ya saa mbili tulipofika kamata tunashuka mara treni likaondoka. Watu kama 30 kwenye behewa letu tukawa hatujashuka. Hali hii ilizua zogo. Tukawa tumefikishwa stesheni bila kupenda. Nikauliza kwanini tumepitilizwa. Tukaambiwa eti uzembe wa mkata tiketi . Nikauliza mbona dereva asiambiwe kwamba watu hawajamaliza kushuka? Tukaambiwa radio call ipo behewa la kwanza na mwisho. Sasa jamani hela zote wanazopata wanashindwa nini kuweka radio call kila behewa. Halafu toka wameanza kuoperate hawajifunzi tu!

Ukiwa India, treni inasimama kituoni kwa sekunde zisizozidi 15, ndani ya muda huo watu wanatakiwa washuke na walio nje wawe wamepanda. Nimesema sekunde, sio dakika! Ukipitishwa utashuka kituo kinachofuata na kurudi na treni lingine. Uzuri kila baada ya dakika 5 lipo treni litapita. Nauli unalipia tiketi moja kwa siku nzima (ilikuwa Rupia 16 kwa siku, kama sh. 500 za Tanzania), kwa hiyo hakuna kulalamika kuwa unachajiwa mara mbili. Hata nilipokuwa Colombo, Sri Lanka, basi halisimami moja kwa moja, unapanda juu kwa juu na unashuka kwa mtindo wa ku.drop. Cha ajabu hata wazee wanadrop!

Treni yetu inasimama dakika 5 kila kituo .tatizo hawako consistent. Tiketi waweza kukata kabla hujapanda, wakati ushapandas asa leo hakuna mtu aliekuwa anapita kukagua tiketi. Ajabu wakati wa kushuka ndio anadai nauli. Sasa dakika 5 hazikutosha kudai na kurudisha chenji na watu walikuwa wengi kwenye behewa letu waliokuwa wanashuka kamata. Treni ikaondoka watu.wengine hawajashuka.

Uwekwe utaratibu wa tiketi kukatiwa nje na si ndani. Iwe kama ulaya, kwamba ndani kunakuwepo anayekagua ticketi ukikutwa huna unalipa mara tatu ya gharama ya kawaida. Lakini ukikata nje unalipa nauli ya kawaida. Watu watajifunza kufika vituoni mapema na kununua tiketi.

Kitu kama treni,ki sheria lazima upande ukiwa na chenji kamili,na muda wa kupakia na kushusha huwa hauzidi dk 5, lazima mlitambue hilo! vinginevyo kila mtu ataleta mapozi yake namna ya kushuka kwa mbwembwe na muda hautatosha mi nawajua wabongo! watu wa kulalamika kwa kila jambo!
