Wadau, laptop yangu tangu juzi inaleta maneno yafuatayo;

"The Logon User Interface DLL msgina.dll failed to load" contact ya system administrator to replace the DLL, or restore the original"

Nifanyeje n kuhusu ku-restore... HOW? Coz inaonesha blank so hakuna CD inayosoma...

Mkuu hii inatokea mara nyingi baada ya ku download na kuinstall updates toka Microsoft. Unachotakiwa kufanya kwa kirahisi ni ku restart Laptop yako na kubonyeza (nenda kwenye safe mode) halafu chagua "Last known good configuration" au System Restore. Hapa chagua tarehe kabla hujafanya updates. Ikishindikana hii, jaribu recovery kutumia Windows CD...na kama nayo haiwezekani tujulishe-kuna namna nyingine ya kurestore DLL file.

Nimejaribu ku-restart lakini bila bila...

Weka CD ya windows unayotumia kama XP, Vista au Windows 7. Switch on your computer nenda kwenye system setup ( Computer nyingi ni F9, Delete au F12) change the booting media from Hard drive to CD drive. save the setting then restart.

Then ita boot direct from the CV, utapata options nyingi changua system recovering/system restore follow the instructions until you finish then restart your computer without the CD go back again to boot setup change back the booting sequence back to hard drive save the setting reboot your machine then everything will be fine.
