Fact is, the alleged "defamatory" statements made by Msekwa referred to Jamiiforums as a single entity i.e., a network of individuals, as opposed to any one particular (and possibly anonymous - albeit real) persons like Chakubanga, Zee Lao, Nyambaaf Pambaaf and so on and so forth, who may happen to be members of Jamiiforums.
