Jamani kuna kitu nashindwa kuamini, je, ni kweli kuna baadhi ya mazoezi huongeza hipsi na tako kwa wanawake? Na vipi wakiacha kufanya hayo mazoezi izo hips na makalio waliyoyapata kupitia mazoezi vitaondoka au vitaendelea kuwepo?
 
Habari zenu, mim ni binti wa miaka 27, jamani mwenzenu nashindwa kabisa kujikubali na kujiamini kutokana na umbo langu na watu wananisema sana, jambo linalonifanya nizidi kujiona sipo vizuri.

Ni mwembamba yaani sina hips hata kidogo, nina mapaja madogo sana, pia nina maziwa makubwa, nilikuwa nikijiona vizuri tu na kujikubali hapo awali lakini kutokana na watu kunisema ovyo, najisikia vibaya mno.

Ilifikia wakati nikawa nasemwa na watu kuwa mimi ni magonjwa wa gonjwa fulani, niliumia sana baada ya kupata habari hizo, lakini sina ugonjwa wa aina yoyoye ile, jambo hili linanifanya nikose ujasiri kabisa.

Nina boyfriend lakini nakosa hata ujasiri wa kuwa nae mara kwa mara hadi kuna muda nawaza nivae nguo za aina gani labda nitaonekana vizuri, kuna muda hadi boyfriend aliniambia kuwa anahitaji ninenepe, wakati sijajiumba mimi.

Nahitaji faraja yenu wana JF, au nivae mavazi gani, au nifanye nini nami niwe na muonekano mzuri na wa kuvutia?


Wapendwa habari zenu, Nimegundua kuwa sipendezi kabisa kuvaa suruali na sketi fupi na magauni ya kubana kutokana na mwili wangu ,baada ya kugundua hili ninacomfidance ya kuvaa nguo za kumwaga, lakini ninapata wakati mgumu , kutoka out nashindwa nivae nguo gani ili nisionekane Kama naenda kanisani au msikitini ,ushauri wenu ,pia ikiwezekana wenye picha tumeni aina ya nguo ambazo nahis naweza vaa kwa nyakati nilizotaja.

Totally depends on the effort you are willing to put into your workouts..Another factor is the diet and resting phase in between..

And if you are working out regularly, just focus on the form and increase difficulty once you start feeling comfortable with the routine..The body needs to be tested and pushed to the limit..

Squats and lunges are the best when it comes to getting great buttocks..There are different variations to them which you can get in any website dedicated to fitness(or google tho)..

If you are regular with your workouts, you’ll definitely see the difference within a month or two..I’ll say again, emphasise on the form and be regular
