"NG’OMBE WASIO NA VICHWA’’ KATIKA SIASA NA OFISI ZETU

Wakati Wazalendo wa Msumbiji chini ya Chama cha FRELIMO wakipambana bila kuchoka kuung’oa ubeberu wa kireno na baadaye kuwadhibiti waasi wa RENAMO, upande mwingine kulikuwa na jambo la kuvunja moyo likiendelea. Maelfu ya vijana wa Msumbiji walikuwa wakitimkia nchini Afrika ya Kusini kusaka utajiri!

Licha ya kutendewa unyama usiomithilika wakati wa kusafirishwa na walipokuwa migodini, vijana hao walibaki kimya kwa kile walichoamini, ‘’mtumikie kafiri upate mtaji wako’’! Kwa bahati mbaya, kutokana na kuhenyeshwa na maisha duni ya migodini, wengi wao walirudi wakiwa wamedhoofika kiafya na baadhi yao kupoteza maisha!

Kwenye shairi lake la ‘’Mampara M’gaiza’’, Jose Craveirinha , mshairi nguli wa Msumbiji ambaye mwaka 2003 rais Chisano alimtaja kuwa shujaa wa taifa kutokana na ushairi wake wa ukombozi, aliwamithilisha vijana walioufumbia macho mfumo kandamizi wa kuburuzwa katika migodi na ‘’Ng’ombe wasio na kichwa/fikra’.

Sehemu ya shairi inasema;

Cattle of Africa, marked and sold.

Nchini mwetu, bila shaka, tunao akina ‘’Mampara M’gaiza’’ wa kila namna. Maofisini na maeneo mengine ya kazi, kina Mampara Mgaiza ni wale wanaoburuzwa, kunyonywa na kukandamizwa lakini hubaki kimya wakijisemea kimoyomoyo ‘’Nikisema nitafukuzwa kazi’’.

Kwenye vyama vyetu vya siasa, kina Mampara Mgaiza wamejaa tele. Hawa ni wale wanaowashuhudia viongozi wakuu wa vyama vyao wakisigina kanuni za vyama na kuendeleza matendo yasiyo ya kidemokrasia lakini wakanywea kimya na kuimba ‘’zidumu fikra sahihi za kiongozi wetu mtukufu’’. Wengine ni vijana wanaoshindana mitandaoni na mitaani kuwasifia viongozi wala rushwa kwa sababu tu wanawapa kitu kidogo. Wapo pia wale wanaoendekeza kile watu wa kabila la Kiyao wanakiita ‘’Kulinong’azya’’ na ‘’andende mundu’’, yaani kujipendekeza na kujionesha kuwa wa maana kwa viongozi wao ( hata kama viongozi hao ni mafisadi na madikteta) kwa sababu tu wana ndoto za kugombea udiwani na ubunge kwenye chaguzi zijazo

Mpara Mg'aiza tumejaa tele. Ila sisi tumewazidi wale wa huko. Sisi tunashangilia watesi na kusuta watetezi, Mpara Mg'aiza of ZT

Licha ya kutendewa unyama usiomithilika wakati wa kusafirishwa na walipokuwa migodini, vijana hao walibaki kimya kwa kile walichoamini, ‘’mtumikie kafiri upate mtaji wako’’! Kwa bahati mbaya, kutokana na kuhenyeshwa na maisha duni ya migodini, wengi wao walirudi wakiwa wamedhoofika kiafya na baadhi yao kupoteza maisha!
