New administration under Samia Suluhu gives hope after 5 years of hopelessness



Tatizo bado IGP Sirro hajalijua vyema jambo hili na hili ndilo tatizo letu. Utatuzi wa kero hauna uhusiano kabisa na kero husika.

Shida yetu siyo muda wa kukamilisha upelelezi bali ni kwanini umkamate mtuhumiwa khalafu unampeleka mahakamani na kwenda kukiri ushahidi huna ila unahitaji muda zaidi wa kuusaka USHAHIDI. Swali ambalo IGP Sirro alipaswa kulijibu ni kuwa kwanini mnakamata na kusweka ndani watuhumiwa huku mkijua hamna ushahidi? Karibu 85% ya kesi za jinai zimekwama kuendelea mahakamani kwa sababu ofisi ya DPP hawana USHAHIDI wa kukamilisha kesi zao. Lakini bado huendelea kuwasweka ndani watuhumiwa kinyume na katiba inayowatambua watuhumiwa hawana hatia hadi pale watatiwa hatiani na mahakama.

Siyo kweli uchunguzi wa kesi za jinai unaweza kupangiwa muda maalumu uwe mwaka miwili au zaidi ya hapo ndiyo maana kuna kitu kinaitwa cold files/cases. Kesi za jinai zinaweza kukosa ushahidi kiujumla na IGP anapomhakikishia Rais kuwa uchunguzi sasa kukamilika ndani ya miaka miwili hasemi ukweli. Polisi hawawezi kulazimisha kuukusanya ushahidi wakifanya hivyo ndiyo mwanzo wa kubambikizia watu kesi....cold files unit uanzishwe na ipewe uwezo wa forensic & auditing detectives waweze kufuatilia kesi zote zilizokosa ushahidi na polisi wakatazwe na sheria wasifungue kesi kama ushahidi haujakamilika.

Ufumbuzi ni huu:-

1) Kesi zote za jinai ziwe na haki ya mdhamana.

2) Kesi zote za jinai ambazo DPP kazifungua na ndani ya miezi 6 kakiri hanao ushahidi na anaomba muda zaidi wa kuusaka ushahidi zifutwe na apewe kibali cha kuzileta upya pale ushahidi atakapoukamilisha lakini asiwepo mtuhumiwa kaswekwa ndani kwa madai uchunguzi haujakamilika.

3) Sheria zitungwe kuwezesha yote yaliyotajwa hapo juu.

Every year Forbes update their list so you may go up or down. So stop grousing and spend more time to improve your business angle and here are some hints to get you where you want to reach..

With few exceptions of the likes of Akhotee and Chameleon among a handful of recognized African richest list we garner the following:-

1) Concerts in European capitals have generated more than 75% of their wealth.

2) Singing in colonial languages widen your circles of adoring fans all over the world. Kiswahili could be a hindrance.

3) Must wholly own your own label but being part of a consortium means splitting the profits and that suppress your true worth.

4) Focus is key to unlock your full potential but if 50% of your time is burnt in siring a brood you could be missing your prime time....and time never attenuate such a time waster

5) Begin to own properties, most of those in top Forbes list surround themselves with personal jets, mansions dotting everywhere and have stable passive incomes

6) Relocate to Hollywood and dump WCB because you have outlived it. WCB is now slowing you down...Davido who is now 5th in the Forbes list just relocated to Edmonton, Canada and the real reason is growth after outgrowing both Lagos and Abuja. Dar too small for you go to a bigger pool and swim with your fraternity.



7) Hire new business savvy Holywood pros who may market your music in the sophisticated Northern American Market

8) Mix Kiswahili and English you will be surprised of millions of diaspora keen on African music

9) Just remember entertainment industry is full of vagaries so spend your money wisely because the dry seasons always around the corner...


10) ...Calling Forbes list stupid because you have been snubbed reflects more about you than them. Signing contracts with Warner Bro not smart idea, at all. You just signed away the power to your own growth. Such association piles up your debt which you may fail to wriggle your way out. Experience in the US show that musical careers have failed to blossom with those under such agreements. Interest rates will consume whatever they pay you and later you will be forced even the most exploitative deals just to get a loan forgiveness sinking you deeper to those sharks.....get yourself from such exploitative arrangements before it is too late...
