Una 65kg unalalamika. Mimi nina 58 maybe sasa 59 na nimetulia kabisa. Gym nililipia nikaenda wiki moja, nikalipia tena nikaenda wiki moja. Kula ni mlo mmoja daily kwa miaka minne sasa, nikila mchana usiku siisi njaa hivo inabidi nile usiku zaidi. Kuongeza uzito kwa kula na mazoezi nimeshindwa ngoja nisome hizi supplements.
