    Nimefungua biashara ya Mgahawa sehemu flani hapa mjini DSM, nimeweka wafanya kazi 3; mmoja kwa ajili ya chips na wa2 kwa ajili ya chakula kwa sababu biashara yenyewe bado changa. Eneo ambalo nafanyia biashara lina population kubwa na halina competition kubwa sana. Mimi napitia mida ya jioni kucheki jinsi biashara inavyoendela na kuhakikisha hesabu zinaenda vizuri.

    Tatizo mpaka sa hizi ni zaidi ya mwezi na sioni faida yoyote zaid ya kuwalipa wafanyakazi wangu kwa kipato changu kidogo ambacho ninakipata kwenye kaajira kangu kwa mhindi. Naombeni mnisaidie yafuatayo;
    1. Nifanyaje ili niweke kuvutia wateja zaidi bila kutumia kiasi kikubwa cha fedha?
    2. Nifanyaje ili niweze kupata faida kubwa, yani kuwa na matumizi kidogo na mauzo mengi?
    3. Nifanyeje ili kuwabana wafanyakzi wngu waisimamie biashara vizuri na kupata faida?

    2. Location yake lazima iwenzuri na ya kuingilika na wateja.

    4. Hotel lazima iwe safi time zote na muda ambao wateja unakuta wamepungua au kukata wanapitisha dekio ili kuweka mazingira ya usafi

    Hongera mkuu biashara ya hoteli na chakula inalipa sana manake mtu yeyote lazima ale na ashibe kwa hiyo sio biashara ya kukuingiza hasara.Sasa ushauri fanya hivii chukua likizo huko kazini kwako siku 30,nenda kasimamie mwenyewe kwenye hizo siku hakikisha unaweka hesabu vizuri kama chips agalia guia la viazi umenunua kwa kiasi gani umeliuza kwa mda gani umepata faida ya kiasi gani na unapata faida ya kiasi gani hapo utaweza kuielewa vizuri biashara yako kuna viti vingi vya kujua,kama usafi,lugha wanayotumia watu wako huo,pia unasikiliza mawazo ya wateja kwa kweli wateja huaga wana bonge ya mawazo ambayo ni ya manufaa sana

    Mimi si mfanyabiashara,lakini najua kitu kimoja kuwa biashara ni kununua na sio kuuza. Mchango wangu ni huu, je bidhaa za mgahawani kwako unanunua wapi na nani ananunua? Je bei za bidha hizo umejaribu kulinganisha na masoko mengine? Jaribu kufanya zoezi hili uone.

    Pamoja na yote waliyoongea wachangiaji waliotangulia, hakikisha chakula kinachopikwa ni kizuri kwa maana ya taste.
    Jaribu kuangalia aina ya wateja ulionao na upange bei kuzingatia vipato vyao.
    Unaweza kutenga sehemu mbili, moja ikawa na special foods ukaset price yake na sehemu nyingine ikawa na vyakula vya kawaida na bei yake.
    Pata muda ukusanye maoni ya wateja na wape trainning ya customer care hao wahudumu wako.
    NB: biashara nyingi mwanzo huwa ni ngumu na huna budi kukubali hasara.

    Kama alivyoshauri jamaa mmoja hapo chiini au juu.
    Inabidi uchukue likizo kama yamiezi 2, hatakama sio ya malipo.
    Simamia mwenyewe kuanzia unaponunua sukari, chumvi mpaka vyakula na vyombo vya hapo mgahawani.
    Hapo utajua kuwa hio boashara inalipa au hailipi, na kama inalipa basi kwa siku ni kiasi gani, na ni chai ya namna gani wateja wanaipenda au chakula gani cha mchana au siku wateja ndio wanunua sana.
    Kuanzisha biashara ni bomba ila unatakiwa ujue hio business inaingiza roughly kiasi gani kwa siku, hapo itakua rahisi kuwabana wasimamizi kama kuna short.

    Tunaposema biashara ni kununua sio kuuza,tuna maana kuwa bei ya soko inajulikana kwa hiyo ni lazima upate faida kabla hujauza bidhaa zako kwa kununua kwa bei nzuri/chini kiasi toka ktk chanzo(supplier mzuri).

    Mfano, Kilo moja ya mchele ni Tsh 1600/ soko la Kariakoo na mchele huo huo ni Tsh 1350/ pale Tandika na wewe mgahawa wako uko Buguruni, yaani nauli ya daladala ni sawa. Tayari huyu wa Tandika ameshaokoa Tsh 250/ kwa kila kilo atakayo nunua. Kwa hiyo mkija Buguruni ktk migahawa yenu,mnaanza kutafuta faida kwa kuuza wali ktk soko kwa bei moja,mwenzio ana Tsh 250/ aliyoiokoa ktk manunuzi na wewe una Tsh 0/. Kwa hiyo utaona huyu wa Kariakoo lazima apunguze kipimo cha sahani moja au aongeze ufundi ktk mapishi, sasa huyu wa pili anachofanya ni kuongeza ukubwa wa kipimo cha sahani kidogo na anaimarisha mapishi, ni lazima apate wateja wengi kila siku bila kulaza chakula, mwisho anapata muda wa kutosha kufanya maandalizi ya kesho na kupumzika, kufanya usafi wa eneo lake la biashara nk.

    Siku moja nenda Kitunda/Kivule/Majohe asubuhi sana uone vijana wa mjini wanachofanya?

    Nimekuwa nikiwashauri wajasiriamali wengi kwamba furaha yako katika biashara isiwe katika fedha/faida unazopata; lazima kuwe ni jambo la zaidi linalokusukuma kuanzisha biashara. Fursa yeyote ya biashara hutokana na uhitaji wa huduma/bidhaa katika eneo husika, hivyo basi biashara yako inapaswa kulenga au kufikia zaidi jamii inayokuzunguka kulinga na uhitaji wao. Kila biashara inalipa, bali hutegemeana na uhitaji uliopo katika eneo husika, ikiwa umeona uhitaji wa kuwepo kwa huduma hiyo katika eneo husika basi utapata faida tu; bali kama huduma hiyo inapatikana katika eneo husika na unahitaji kuongeza ushindani tu, inabidi ujipange vizuri.

    Songa mbele na kazi maana biashara ya chakula lazima watu wale tu. Ila kama alivyoshauri Mgombezi angalia uhitaji wa huduma katika eneo husika au soko la bidhaa yako. Lakini pia kumbuka suala la chakula lazima liambatane na usafi wa hali ya juu, yaani mazingira pamoja na vifaa utakavyotumia. Pia usisahau kumwomba Mungu akusaidie na kuibariki biashara yako, ila fungu la KUMI umtolee usimwibie. Baada ya hapo mafanikio ni lazima tu.
