mimi binafsi nna mwaka wa 3 nasumbuliwa na anxiety disorder
wakati inanianza ilinisumbua miezi mi3 nilitaka kuwa chizi. kama isingekua jf
nilikata tamaa kabisa
anxiety ilnifanya nikaona maisha machungu nikajutengenezea ugonjwa ukanisumbua mwezi mzima.
lakini wakati wote sikujua nn hasa kinanisumbua
nilijichunguza mpaka nikaja kujua chanzo ni anxiety na imeketwa na hormone imbalance nilionayo.

mkuu hata sasa inanitokea sometimes ila kwa 30% na katika muda inanitokea haiwezi kudumu kutwa nzima kwasababu nimeshajitambua ni jinsi ya kuovercome hio hali.

mkuu jikaze ,jutambue let things chukulia kitu chakawaida kushatukumba wengi sana. ni tatizo la saikolojia tu litaisha kazana kutafuta thread zitakazokupa muongozo humu.

Ingawaje haujasema wasiwasi wa nini. Usiku, lala kwenye makaburi ya wakristo kwa wiki moja, na wiki inayofuatia lala kwenye makaburi ya waislamu. Lala kama unavyolala nyumbani kwako.

yaani nakua na too much worries kupitiliza, pia woga wa judgement za watu. nadhani stress kupita kiasi ndo ilisababisha, sasa nimeshaathirika kisaikolojia mawazo yangu yamekua negative
I wish nikutane na wewe tunaweza kuongea tu kwa wiki moja ukapona kabisa cha muhim dont take life too serously

Umeshapona wasiwasi? Kama bado nenda kanunue sabuni ya Johnson's Bed Time Baby Soap zinapatikana Pharmacy kubwa au maduka makubwa ya vitu vya watoto na ogea kila ukienda kulala. Uje utoe mrejesho hapa.

Wasiwasi hasa nkiwa mbele za watu yaani huwa najihisi nakosa amani, smtimes hua najiskia kulia mbele za watu
dadah kuna kitu hujasamehe search it within yourself,then pambana na iyo hali ikatae sema ninaweza ,I can do it,am strong,pindi iyo hali inapojitokeza ,,,,,usikubali dhamira hasi ikutawale ,ikitokea dhamira hasi ongeza dhamira chanya jinenee rohoni then tumia nguvu iyo kwenye vitu vinavyo kusababishia hofu kama mjumuiko wa watu,,come pm una shida ulipata ukiwa mdogo imeathiri tabia yako,,,,your mental process is results of your overt behaviour
