Wala ha uhitaji dawa...ni tatizo tu la kawaida sana kwa wanadamu kulingana na changamoto mbali mbali anakabiliana nazo!!!!.....

Mimi nilikabiliana na tatizo hilo kwa kusafiri sehemu ambayo sijawahi hata kufika na nilikaa huko kwa muda wa wiki mbili....ule upya wa mazingira na watu....ukaifanya akili yangu kuwa mpya na yenye mawazo mapya!!......

Usipende kuweka vitu moyoni huko ni kujibebesha mzigo mzito.....ongea na watu kuhusu matatizo yako...bila kujali watakuchukuliaje kwani kati yao utapata mfariji wako.....

Halafu pia usithubutu kuyatafuta na kuyaingilia masuala ya kiroho nje ya imani katika Mungu. Itakusababishia kuogopa kila kitu, yaani hata upepo ukivuma tu unahofu kuna kitu unaleta hivyo utataka kuanza kutafuta tafsiri ya upepo kuvuma kwa namna ile unayoona ukivuma.

Wakuu habari za mchana, kama nlivyoandika hapo juu natafuta tiba za asili muafaka za kutibu wasiwasi , je zinapatikana wapi?
Usije kujaribu dawa za antideppresant utakuwa dependent wa hayo makituu..
Jaribu kufanya EXPOSURE yaani vile vitu ukiviona vinavyokupa wasiwasi jaribu kuwa navyo karibu.yaani kama ukiona watu wengi ndio unapata wasiwasi hivyo jaribu kukaa kwenye watu wengi kwa mda mrefu hadi wasiwasi uishe hapo utaweza kushinda..
Kuombewa utapoteza muda na pesa kwenda kwa waganga.
Wee kama unapata wasiwasi ukiingia kwenye lift basi utahitaji lifti hiyo hiyo uende juu na kushuka utaona kitu cha kawaida na hutapatwa wasiwasi tena.
Ukienda makaburini kuzika ukapata hofu ya makaburini basi utahitaji kwenda hapo tena usiku ulale kabisa..utashangaa hofu imeondoka na hairudi tena.
