Its a psychological problem...haihitaji dawa za kunywa labda kibingwa bangi inaweza kutatua tatizo
hahaha
kuhairisha sio kutatua. au kuiingiza wasiwasi halftime.
ila bangi nyingine zinaweza kumfanya mdau aogope hadi sisimizi.

Wala ha uhitaji dawa...ni tatizo tu la kawaida sana kwa wanadamu kulingana na changamoto mbali mbali anakabiliana nazo!!!!.....

Mimi nilikabiliana na tatizo hilo kwa kusafiri sehemu ambayo sijawahi hata kufika na nilikaa huko kwa muda wa wiki mbili....ule upya wa mazingira na watu....ukaifanya akili yangu kuwa mpya na yenye mawazo mapya!!......

Usipende kuweka vitu moyoni huko ni kujibebesha mzigo mzito.....ongea na watu kuhusu matatizo yako...bila kujali watakuchukuliaje kwani kati yao utapata mfariji wako.....

Tujuze kwanza chanzo cha huo wasiwasi ni nini hasa. Huwezi tatua tatizo bila kujua chanzo chake
yaani nakua na too much worries kupitiliza, pia woga wa judgement za watu. nadhani stress kupita kiasi ndo ilisababisha, sasa nimeshaathirika kisaikolojia mawazo yangu yamekua negative

Nakumbuka ulileta thread hapa unatafuta tiba ya depression na wadau walijaribu kukushauri kadiri ya upeo wao.
