Unfortunately, your analysis is wrong. The Nasa Coalition enjoys massive support in Maasaini. However, the Masaais are a minority tribe in Kenya, they are no king- makers.
Maasai mingle with wildebeest all the time, dont expect them to even know totenham.Unfortunately, your analysis is wrong. The Nasa Coalition enjoys massive support in Maasaini. However, the Masaais are a minority tribe in Kenya, they are no king- makers.
And the Kenyan politics, the decision of the Kenyan voters cannot be influenced by the political events in Tanzania.
Cc jogi, who argued that Kenyans would refuse to vote for Raila bcos of the Tz govt decision to cart away the street signboard bearing Victor Wanyama's name.
Oh puliiiiz!!!!
Minority but their 500,000 means a big deal in a tight race. Yesterday I saw Alai projections 58% Kenyatta to 41% Raila. To me those numbers look realistic. And believe me RAO will lose out of portraying himself to be not a man of principles but desperation.Unfortunately, your analysis is wrong. The Nasa Coalition enjoys massive support in Maasaini. That is a very unfair characterization of the Masaai people. The 21C Masaais are mordern and politically concious.Maasai mingle with wildebeest all the time, dont expect them to even know totenham.
Simply you are telling us that maasai will choose (not elect) a president for kenyan.
No wonder magufail is raila's role model.
"Dictator"

As far as Jubilee is concerned they did a lot of blunders to an extent if he would have keept his focus n composure he would have won them easy. Magufuli will be that bad factor to taint his chances to state house.
This election may be decided by turnout... I think it's 50/50Siasa zetu ni za kikabila so nitatoa ka line up ka makadirio yetu ya 10 million strong

90% of Western will vote NASA
95% of Kamba land will definitely vote NASA
40% of Rift Valley will vote NASA {And this is huge considering this is one of the TWO jubilee strong holds}

but i explain to u that's the reality and believe me lowassa is very respected by his trible! That is assuming that all of the 500k masaais have voters card, remember u have included the underages and some people within the community who will not be able to vote for some reasons in that number.
I agree that Raila might not win, I dont want him to win for some reason. But all I was saying is that it wont be bcos of the events in Tanzania that would influence the political tide in Kenya.
It's been more than a year now since Raila decided to back Magu instead of Lowassa, no indication yet that the Massais were incensed by that decision. His party still went ahead to make big wins in the by- elections conducted in the Masai region.

The reality?but i explain to u that's the reality and believe me lowassa is very respected by his trible!
Yeas Ole Ntimama was at one time on RAO side but remember that didn't last till end and Ole Ntimama respected Lowassa as a senior paramount leader! A reason he frequented his home in Monduli before election. The reality?
Okay, let me tell what is the reality. Kenyan Maasais had very high regard for Ole Ntimama, who was a long political buddy of Raila' s. Till his death last year, he was pro Raila.
The sure way of bagging the Masaai votes was by getting the backing of Ntimama.
