I can not believe that four years after you made your point, today I have just said almost similar lines in response to the probability of having affordable housing in Tanzania. I think its time to do it now. let's have a sense of urgency on this project. It will be an open book for public policy on innovation in sustainable environment. If the people can get a ten million or even fefteen, I think it will be a boost on economic recovery. Economically speaking, we are in a hole. We going to crate jobs.

1. Bado sija jijenga vya kutosha kuwezi kumudu nyumba za gharama. Nime fikiria kwamba nyumba za bei nafuu una weza kuanza nazo chache na pia nahisi upatikanani we mkopo benki utakuwa rahisi zaidi.

Usitegemea kuokoa pesa kwenye ujenzi kwa kubana kwenye matofali. Tuwe wakweli tu. Gharama za ujenzi sio boma.
