Nobody will be able to open it if not t-mobile...this is what you need to do...if your friend is still in USA and T-mobile is his provider he can do it by calling t-mobile and let them know that he will be traveling going outside the country and he need to use his blackberry phone...All they will do kuchukua serial namba ya hiyo simu yako then wakisha unlock they will send your friend an email to let him know its done...I have t-mobile and i normally do that when i travel kwenda nje ya nchi ya Marekani na nimeshasadia few of my friends ambao wana AT&T kufungua simu za t-mobile.
