JOB TITLE: FREE AND OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE INNOVATION UNIT
(FSIU) TEAM LEADER (1 Post).
Report to: Manager Software Department
Responsible for the Management of free and open source (FOSS) development projects and innovation.

Duties and responsibilities
Initiating, developing and Managing Free and Open Source Software Projects.
Promoting Free and Open Source Software.
Managing a Free and Open Source Software development teams, interns and students.
Advising management on Free and Open Source Software implementation issues.
Research on Latest developments and trends in Free and Open Source Software.
Managing the Website of the Free and Open Source Innovation Unit and other promotional materials.
Training others on Free and Open Source Software
Any other related activities

Qualifications and Requirements
Holders of a Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline,
At least 3 years experience in software development using FOSS,
Experience in PHP and MySQL,
Demonstrated knowledge of Free and Open Source Software,
Ability to work with GNU/Linux as a development environment,
Self motivated and innovative with ability to work independently with minimum supervision,
A great passion for programming,
Possess excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.

Responsible for implementation of Free and Open Source (FOSS) development projects and innovations.
Duties and responsibilities

Guiding and monitoring students and interns,
Research on Latest developments and trends in Free and Open Source Software,
Maintaining the Website of the Free and Open Source Innovation Unit,
Training others on Free and Open Source Software.


Qualifications and Requirements
Holders of a Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline,
At least 1 year experience in software development using FOSS,
Experience in PHP and MySQL,
A great passion for programming,
Possess excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.

JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Report to: Human Resources Manager
Duties responsibilities
Identifying training and development needs within and outside the organization through job analysis, appraisal scheme and regular consultation,
Plan, organize and direct a wide range of training activities,
Set up individual staff training plans to strengthen employee skills,
Producing training materials, in collaboration with expert departments, for in-house courses,
Evaluating training and development programs,
Carryout induction of new joiners including arrangements for pre-employment processes,
Coordinate proper documentation for smooth implementation of performance management and reward system across the company.

Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelor degree in Education, Public Administration, Human Resources or management from reputable institution,
3 years experience in Human resources training department,
Must have conducted various seminar workshop and trainings,
Practicing and qualified trainer,
Good communication skills,
Computer literate.

Remunerations
