Nahitaji vijana wawili, kampuni inajihusisha na uuzaji wa vifaa vya solar.

Malipo ni commissions na points kulingana na mtambo husika..
Mkataba ni mwaka mmoja, kwa wataofanikiwa kuuza na kufika target au zaidi kwa muda wa miezi sita mfululizo, basi watajipatia ajira yake kudumu na benefits ikiwemo mshahara, medical cover, etc..

Elimu kuanzia diploma, kwa mwenye elimu ya Kidato cha sita ila awe uzoefu wa kazi za sales basi awasiliane nami..

Eneo ni Kilimanjaro, eneo la kazi, ni Wilaya ya Mwanga majumbani Same..

Watanzania wengi nadhani huwa hatufikiri au kutafakari kabla ya kujibu.. Huu ni uwekezaji watu wamefanya, na faida wanayopata through sales/mauzo ndo salary na commission hutokea hapo.. Sijui kama ulitafakari hili kabla ya kujibu, au ulikurupuka!?

Kampuni nyingi sana siku hizi malipo ya commissions ni starting point for evaluation ya committment na performance ya mtu then ajira hufuata baada ya kuridhika na utendaji. Wapo walioanza na nafasi hizo, wakapambana na mwisho wamepata ajira with fixed salary, bado anapata 15% of his/her team commission, full medical cover 1yr etc, now and mambo yanasonga..

Ingekuwa kampuni yako inawaza ajiri mtu na kumlipa mshahara pasipo kuleta mauzo!? Unaelewa positive side of commission!? Ni kumlipa mtu ujira stahiki anaostahili kulingana na kazi aliyofanya!

Utajisikia Vipi uko ofc moja na unajikuta mko Idara moja na mtu/watu halafu unapiga kazi kuliko wao but in the end mnalipwa sawa!? Utafurahia!? Jibu, ni hapana na ndo maana commission ikawa introduced, ili kila mmoja apate stahiki yake. Simply, usipouza hupati commission maana disadvantage ya salary ni mtu kurelax coz anajua mshahara upo, haonei huruma kampuni bali anajionea huduma yeye..

Tuziweke watu wa kulaumu kila kitu, think before saying anything.. We subiria zenye mshahara, the world has changed now..

Mishahara kwenye pale unapoanzisha biashara ni sehemu ya mtaji ambao unatakiwa uhesabie.

Shida Bongo commission wanakupa kidunchu yaani ukipata 20% ya Gross profit na sio Grand Total shukuru!!

Si I fair kabisa wapeni mshahara kidogo commission iwe ni nyongeza!

Wapeni mshahara watu wajitume mfano: 100,000 + commission(%),kwa sababu huyo kijana atakuwa anapambana kutafuta masoko na ahadi nyingi atakuwa anapata,wekeni miezi 6 ya majaribio huku mkiwalipa kiasi fulani.

Ndugu nikisema nibishane na wewe huenda ikawa najikosea heshima, waliokuwa na uhitaji wamewasiliana nami na nimewafafanulia kila kitu..

Narudia wabongo ni watu wa kukosoa na kupinga kila kitu hata kama kina faida kwao, we unaongelea mwezi mmoja tu, hakuna jambo lolote lililo rahisi lazima ujitoe, wapo wasio na kazi na hata uhakika wa kipato hawana na still wanasurvive.

Most of sales and marketing companies now a days do not pay salaries but only commissions at time upo katika trial or probation period, hujaongelea faida nilizosema mtu akipambana na kuuza vzr zipo, ikiwemo permanent employment, fixed salary, individual sales commission, health insurance, loans etc..

Kwa mtu kwenye akili ata focus katika kufikia hayo mazuri na si kuwaza one month struggle, fika pambana na onesha truly uko committed, ni nani akiona hayo ataacha kukusupport ili uzidi kuuza!?
